Roughening the surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shades of tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shades of tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cm(1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including griding & polishing with 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 08 above but as in skirting on 10 mm thick rendering/ back coating in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing holes to cooking platform of size 25 mm dia for inserting cooking gas pipe in suitable place, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down tarfelt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exceeding 500 m and not exc. 900 m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying water proofing treatment over roof, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule).

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with water proofing compound 200 ml per beg of cement or as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule).

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc. 250 and not exc. 500 ltrs, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered ISI Marked (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) of 500 Litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including connecting up pipes securing access covers etc, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate) as in water tank platforms, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of 20 mm ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20 mm - 210gms/25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms) and fixed in position complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down 15 mm steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down 20 mm steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of GI tube 15 mm bore medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing of old 15 mm GI tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of GI tube 20 mm bore medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing of old 20 mm GI tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall of any description, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for (10+10) mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:4) rendering on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm & 10mm) mixed with water proofing compound in top layer 200 ml per beg of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item.)

Supply only integral water proofing compound confirming to IS complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) and surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering plastering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:3) and surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing of new plastered surfaces of wall (internal & external) and applying two coats of cement-based wall care putty including preparation of surface to receive finishes (primer, distemper, paint etc.) complete all as specified and as directed by the Eng-in-Charge and as per the manufacturer's instructions. Note: Preparation of new plastered surface and application of wall care putty to be carried out mechanically by authorised applicator and as per the manufacturer's instructions. Please refer Smart Painting clause mentioned in Particular Specification.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall (internal & external) and applying two coats of cement-based wall care putty including preparation of surface to receive finishes (primer, distemper, paint etc.) complete all as specified and as directed by the Eng-in-Charge and as per the manufacturer's instructions. Note: Removal of existing treatment and application of wall care putty to be carried out mechanically by authorised applicator and as per the manufacturer's instructions. Please refer Smart Painting clause mentioned in Particular Specification.

M&L for applying two coats of Acrylic smooth exterior anti-fungal paint of shade as approved by GE over a coat of primer over finished putty surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Eng-in-Charge and as per the manufacturer's instructions. Note: 1. Application of new finishes to be carried out mechanically by authorised applicator and as per the manufacturer's instructions. Please refer Smart Painting clause mentioned in Particular Specification. 2. Application of putty and preparation of surface to receive the paint shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for applying two coats acrylic-based distemper of shade as approved by GE over a coat of primer over finished putty surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Eng-in-Charge and as per the manufacturer's instructions. Note: 1. Application of new finishes to be carried out mechanically by authorised applicator and as per the manufacturer's instructions. Please refer Smart Painting clause mentioned in Particular Specification. 2. Application of putty and preparation of surface to receive the distemper shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

S&F of 150 mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 125 mm long aluminium handles, cast type, anodised, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of harrison rails curtain rod, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc. complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing & fixing factory made solid PVC cup board frame of size 50mm x 47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5 mm thick prelam/plain colour PVC sheet reinforce with 19mm x 19mm MS square tube of 19 gauge thickness throughout the frame and metre cut at two corners and jointed with 2 nos of 150mm long brackets of 15mm x 15mm MS square tubes.The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 100mm long MS screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum 4 nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member and minimum 2 nos of screws to be provided to the horizontal member etc., complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of providing & fixing factory made solid PVC cup board shutter (Flush type) of 24 mm thick made from co-extruded 3 layer rigid PVC foam sheet (single extruded) with density not less than 600kg/cum outer layer (.8-1mm) thick should be of rigid PVC with density of not less than 1400kg/cum manufactured by an ISO 9001-2015 certified company. Door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having good screw holding capacity, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of providing and fixing factory made PVC shelf/ partition of required size consisting of 20mm thick Solid PVC Sandwich Panel with 1mm Plain PVC Sheet on both sides suitably fixed in M.S. angle frame work as per specification & drawing, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of for 75 mm Hasp and staple, safety type, aluminium anodised with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 75 mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned stacks, or galvanized wire staples complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Powder coated aluminium window sliding type three track (2 glazed & one gauzed shutter ) aluminium sections weighing not less than 1.67kg/m for frame and 0.55 kg/m for shutter including necessary jointing cleats, glazing cleats, rubber packing , screws, handle, locking arrangement and 5.5mm thick plain/tinted glass and aluminium mosquito proof gauge including taking down of old existing steel window and making good disturbed surfaces of wall complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Powder coated aluminium louvered ventilators of size n exc 0.50 Sqm area with glass louvers, without sash bars of aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.605kg/m for frame of size 40x20x2mm including necessary jointing cleats, glazing cleats, rubber packing , anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings and 5.5mm thick tinted glass fixed in panels with suitable locking arrangements including taking down of old existing steel ventilator and making good disturbed surfaces of wall complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/ footpath/ steps finished cement concrete surface even & fair etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of 0.56 mm thick Plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 bend to shape fixed with pins to door shutter to prevent water splashing, ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings over crumple joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (a) For method for treating sunken floor, please refer concerned PS Clause. (b) Only plan area of the treated floor shall be measured.

M&L for RCC type A-1, 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in chajjas, beam, column, roof, landing, shelf, plateform, facia and like, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for RCC type A-1, 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, shelves, platform, lintel, deck slabs and the like, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing of 16 Sqmm, 4 Core XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100Volt grade on walls with fixing accessories such as Aluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Earthwork, sand cushioning, bricks, GI pipe, etc. shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing of 25 Sqmm, 3.5 Core XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100Volt grade on walls with fixing accessories such as Aluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Earthwork, sand cushioning, bricks, GI pipe, etc. shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
