Work

Earth Work in Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil(Loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.50 m and lead 30.00m. Including fitting watering and ramming of exacavated earth into trenches of into the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal&disposal as per SI. No. 251

Concrete with 4 cm gauge brick ballast fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundations and under floors including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Excluding GST. SI. No. 275

Centering and shuttering including stutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lentels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers, As per DSR Code No- 5.9.5

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) Above Plinth Level. As per Code No-5.2.2

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.As per DSR Code No. 5.9.3

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources). Above Plinth Level. As per DSR Code No-5.3

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work ready to use "cut and bend" rebars of approved make from factory/workshop to construction site including placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. 5.22B.1 Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.As per DSR Code No. 5.22.B

Construction of subgrade with material obtained from borrow pits for local earth construction of embankment with approved material obtained from available land and permitted and approved by Engineer in charge and as per technical specification clause 301.3.4.1 with all lift and leads , spreadin,gradding to required slope and compecting to meet requirment to table 300 land,300.2 as per tech. classification 301.5 including up to 1000 meter.Cartage for 2.0km

Providing and laying of 2.5 cm thick p.c.c 1:2:4 (without base concrete) with cement coarse sand and 20 mm gauge stone grite including all ISI No 601A
