Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

6 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Supplying and fixing of outdoor modular type Signage Board of size 16ft(length)x4 ft (height)x 4 to 6 inches (depth) (approx) having internally lit white LED as per manufacturer's specification. The Signage board shall be consist of following:1)Front,Back and side fascia to be made of 3mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) board of approved shade.2)The inner frame structure of signage board shall be made with MS hollow square bar of size not less than 20x20mm .3) The big letters shall be of two dimensional (2D) graphic computerised leser cutting as minimum letter height as 10 inchesfor English letter and 9.5 inch to 13.5 inch for Hindi letters.b) For small 2D letters minimum 4.5 inch letter height for English and 6.5 inch letter height for Hindi Letter. 4)The left side portion shall have BSNL logo of size 22x20 inch and required Text having letter size of 14 inch as per approved Desgin and shade 5) The LED strings of whole signage board should be of reputed/ISI approved brand.6) The feeding cable from availiable BSNL power point to the Signage board shall be of 1mm square copper wire cable of approved/ISI standard. All complete as per approved Drawing and direction of E.I.C. (Note-: The rate includes fixing of Signage Board at approperiate height as decided by BSNL/ Engineer-in-charge on exhisting built-up supporting structure including labour charges etc. but Scafollding to be used for lifting/fixingto shall be paid extra)
