Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of maintenance free chemical earthing with 10 feet rod, 50mm dia, 3.2mm thick of hot dipped galvanized G.I. Tube filled with 50x6 mm G.I. Strip, CCM chemicals and sealed at both ends. Tube shall have double layer electrode, lead conductor welded to tube, with back fill and cast iron cover 300 x 300 mm and complete in all respects. ( The installation procedures should be followed as instructed by the Earth Electrode supplier) and Material should be as per IS 3043.

| 1.02 | Supply, assembling, testing and commissioning all the items for constructing Cu plate earthing station comprises of Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X Minimum 3.15 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and G.I watering pipe of 50mm dia 2.7 metre long etc.with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

| 2SUPPLY & LAYING OF CABLES SUPPLY, LAYING & ERECTION OF CABLES & TERMINATIONS with cable gland & Lugs Supplying, laying/erection, termination of aluminium/Copper conductor XLPE insulated Armoured served sheated FRLS cables 1100 V grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S clamp etc. of suitable size or as directed by engineer in charge, complete in all respect cable gland, lugs, the armouring with fire retardant cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. Note : Contractor shall finalised the BOQ and take the approval of AGCL / EIC before procurement | |||||
