Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type cement concrete & brick base mounted CPRI approved Fabrication, size 1000 MM X 800 MM X 400 MM cubical type, fabricated with 2 mm thick MS sheet, totally compartmentallised, dust and vermin proof with front openable lockable doors i/c 100 Amp 4 BUS strip PVC insulated aluminium busbar and suitable arrangement for mounting of switchgears mentioned below alongwith supplying and fixing, making inter connection for switchgear i/c painting with one coat of redoxide and two coat of enamel paint etc. as required with following accessories.

Fabrication, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cubicle type feeder pillar (joint box) of size 600mm x 400 mm x 400 mm made out of 16 SWG thick CRCA sheet, floor mounted with 600 mm long 04 nos. legs made out of 35 mm x 35 mm x 5 mm thick angle, out door type, dust proof, water proof, front door openable, having hinged cover , lockable gate and rain protection canopy cover at top complete with 04 nos. bus-bars of 100 amps capacity, feeder pillar shall be suitable for 3 phase, 415 volt AC supply including 1:3:6 cement concrete & trench (Bricks, Cement, Sand and concete etc. for making foundation & trench) etc. as required.

Suppling and laying of one number 4C X 35 Sqmm A2XWY XLPE insulated and PVC sheated aluminium power cable of 1.1 KV grade, in the existing RCC/Hume/DWC/HDPE pipe/open masonary duct/ panel cable ally including connection ,testing etc as required, make Havells/ Polycab/ RR.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt,spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.for (4C X 35 sqmm)- (32 mm)

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with Cable route marker with 10CM X 10 CM X 5 MM thick G.I plate with inscription there on,bolted/welded to 35 mm x 35 mm x 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc,conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioningand protective covering etc,complete as required. 63 mm dia (63 mm & ID-51 normal)
