Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring light / fan, socket or power point complete including fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, bell push bell buzzer lamp holder bracket etc. removing from site and making good disturbed surface of wall, floor etc. as exists complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old us tube light fittings / bulk head fittings / light fittings retrieved complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for concealed Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cables (multistranded) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed in and including concealed PVC conduit of (ISI marked) 25mm dia for one LIGHT/FAN controlled by one, one way switch including continuous 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor (multistranded) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable connected to earth dolly complete all as specified conforming to IS-694 including Ms sheet Metal box with earth dolly including 3 mm thick ISI marked, plastic laminated sheet for mounting switches and socket etc all concealed including finishing the disturb plaster surface and painting 2 coat of white wash/ distamper to meet the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 3 here in before but for one 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on the same board with other switches.

Supply and fixing in repair of Earthing to panel with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to main earth lead 4.0 sqmm galvanised iron wire by means of bolts, nut, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES Schedule pt-I 2009, GI earth lead shall be protected by GI pipe 15 mm dia medium grade and connected to distribution board including excavation in any type of soil,returning filling, disposal of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto top edge of earth plate, construction of PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel, watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and provision of earth test point including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
