Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on surfaces:

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead: a) Of area 3 sqm and below

Providing and wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory window and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required diameter & length. C) With 1st Class Local wood (i) Pooma/ Hollock/ Gamari/ and the like

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors,windows and clerstory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured).Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick: C With 1st Class Local wood (i) Pooma/ Hollock/ Gamari/ and the like

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS:2202 (part I) non-decorative type,core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) content. Old works (i) With ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ ltr

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish,(Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete: b) 200x 10 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc.complete: a) 125 mm

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Plain cement concrete works in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. below plinth level as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). C 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 Graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications, including scaffolding: b) Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of Primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

c) Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer pplied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Surface preparation: Removing existing white or colour wash on wall surfaces by steel wire brushing and/ or scaping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS:3564, embossed on the body, door weight up to 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors including scaffolding: a) Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over excluding priming coat.
