Providing and fixing 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regualr modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 micron over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesories as required as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing MS BP Sheet 1.66 mm to 2.00 mm thick in eaves board /facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain GS sheet 0.60 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/sqm fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia GI limpet and bitumen washers complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay FPS (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and size in Cement mortar 1:4 (One cemnet isto Four sand) within all leads, lifts and as direction of Engineer in Charge.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick thick wall with cement mortar 1:4( One Cement isto Four Sand) within all leads, lifts and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade in new work with Two or more coats applied @ 0.67 Its / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 lts / 10 sqm within all leads, lifts and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
