Excavation in trenches in Hard/Dense soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide & not exceeding 1.50 metre deep for foundation ,for laying of water supply pipe line in trenches and getting out including dressing/trimming sides and levelling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete, all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after pipes have been laid and tested, complete all as specified.

Removing excavated surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

cutting of road /PCC path upto the depth of pipe & making good the disturbed surface with PCC 1:2:4 (20 mm aggregate) using extra cement including earth work complete all as specified

Taking up or down steel water tubing, 80 mm bore including fitting connections and cleaning tubing, fitting/ cutting threading of serviceable tubing for relaying and removal of unserviceable tubing all as directed by Engr-In- Charge .

Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 90 x 90 x 90 cm (Internal dimension) incl necessary earth work and MS sheet 3 mm thick cover with angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 6mm including provision of suitable hold fasts to hold the frame, locking arrangement and lifting handle, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as shown in drg held with GE office complete all as specified directed.

Cast iron sluice valve, 150mm dia conformig to IS - 14846, PN 1.6, clockwise dosing with flanged ends and iron wheel including necessary joints by means of bolts, nuts washers and rubber gaskets complete including taking down old unserviceable sluice valve all as specified and directed. Disamantling joints of flanged pipes in position including removing old rubber fiber board gasket bolts , nuts rtc bore of pipes in 150 mm and reassembling of joints of flanged pipes in position with new ribber or fiber board gasket bolts nuts & washers all as directed.,

Supply & fixing gland packing fiber board gasket for sluice valve of 150 / 100mm/80 mm dia including taking down of old gland packing all as specified & directed

Taking out unserviceable wheel shaft of cast iron sluice valve from pit /column pipe of 150 /100/80 mm dia & carrying to the workshop for cutting, threading, grinding etc & refixing the same after repair complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Drilling of CI/DI water line for connection of 15 mm to 40mm GI pipe with clamp complete all as specified & directed.

Cleaning of over head reservoir of capacity 1 Lakh gallon internally and clean the adjoining area complete comprises following job works all as directed :- (a) Draining out water from over head reservoir removing sludge deposited and impurities from inside the tank thoroughly by scrapping with wire brushes, broom stick to make the surface free from sludge deposit and impurities, cleaning, washing, the surface with bleaching powder solution including rewashing with fresh water complete. (b) Removing/cutting vegetation growth / tree branches close to reservoirs, pump house etc complete. (c) Painting the existing surface of reservoir column appx 1 Sq ft with black paint and writing/stenciling date of cleaning and due date complete in English in for each reservoir. (d) Painting the inlet, outlet, flush out & over flow pipe with two coats of synthetic enamel paint near the reservoir complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable non return valve of 150 mm dia from existing position and supply & fixing cast Iron non return valve of 150 mm dia conforming to IS 14846 with flanged ends including necessary joints by means of bolts and nuts washers and rubber gasket complete all as specified & directed. Make of non return valve : BIR/KIRLOSKAR/LEADER .

Supply only sodium hypochlorite solution as per the specifications of IS and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to water level indicatorfixed at OHR of staging height not less than 18.00 mtr by replacement of copper cable of existing size and other minor parts so as to make it fully functional.

Dismantling chemical dozing pump , overhauling and repairing to make it fully functional including replacing the worn out parts whatever the parts may be , fixing in original position and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Detecting the leakage from underground CI pipe 150 mm bore and rectifying the leakage by burrning out existing lead and redoing the joint by adding extra lead if required complete all as directed.

Supply conecting and testing and comissioning complete electric cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed water proof 3 phase 3 core AC 1100 volts grade 16 sqmm starnded copper conductor suitable for submersible pump including making connection to pump set as well as to control panel complete including taking out old cable all as directed.

(A) Lifting up submersible pump set of any capacity along with MS column flanged pipe 25 mm dia bore and submersible cable from existing bore well at different loaction including dismentelling cable joints etc complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) Submersible cable, column pipe to be stacked in suitable place at pump house for recking/inspection cleaning properly. (ii) All T & P shall be arranged by the contractor. (B) Lowering of submersible pump set of any capacity alongwith MS column pipe 25 mm dia, making socket joints , cable connection and providing necessary binding dori for binding and dacking the submersible cable complete all as specified and directed.

Shifting unserviceable pumping set of 10 HP capacity to work shop for repairs and bringing back to site complete all or directed. (B) Dismantling of pumping set for inspection and identification of serviceable and unserviceable parts by Engineer-in-Charge for repairs and over hauling and re-assembling after replacement of unserviceable serviceable parts complete as specified and directed Make : Colama/KSB/SSI/BS. Note :- (i) Rate quoted for the above item shall include labour for prefixing of serviceable and fixing of new parts under respective items of Schedule 'A', welding (C) Welding , turning and polishing of main pump shaft complete all as directed.
