M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6), for laying floor finish etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick work of concrete surfaces in CM (1:3) as in backing coat to receive wall tiles or risers of steps, columns, dado / skirting, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar fixing over cement plaster and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick average PCC (1:2:4) TYPE B1, (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with integral water proofing compound wherever required as directed and laid on RCC slab as base layer for roof treatment including roughing the top surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound and finished fair and even without using extra cement. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) M & L for 10 mm thick plaster screed bed layer in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces with water proofing compound. (b) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc & evenly applying a coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.70 Kg/sqm of area complete all as specified. (c) Laying 3 mm thick APP polymer modified approved membrane, non woven, polyester, weighing not less than 3.6 Kg /sqm with laps & overlaps as specified & all joints and in direction should be covered with CM 1:3 mixed with SBR latex 200 ml/bag of cement sealed and applied complete by torch application method all as specified & directed and cured well before laying the membrane.The membrane shall be taken up to height of minimum 300 mm through a concrete fillet of 75 mm / 75 mm & shall be inserted in side a grove cut in the parapet and fixed. if the height of parapet is 300 mm or less, membrane shall be taken till top of the parapet and finished after covering the top surface of the parapet, for RCC inverted beam, the whole beam shall be covered with membrane irrespective of the depth, in the case of roof projection, the membrane shall be taken up to the roof edge and sealed by torch application (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & as directed and Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakage & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE. Note:- water proofing compound will be measured and paid separitly.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (a) Necessarry opening on bricks / stone masanory wall and finishing duly matching with the surrounding. cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(b) The out door unit shall be fixed on wall with suitable brackets and the rate same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
