Psychiatric Diseases Hospital, Jammu. WATER SOFTNER PLANT: Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Water Softener Plant of Capacity 2000 LPH at Govt. Psychiatric Diseases Hospital, Jammu. The Scope of Work/Technical specifications include the following: a) Raw Water Horizontal Centrifugal Pump with Flow rate 2m3/hour with head 20 mtrs. (Kirloskar/Crompton Make)- 02 No’s (01working + 01 standby) Technical Specifications of Water Softener Plant: i) Type-Down flow ii) Average flow rate- 2m3/hour iii) Vessel- MS Epoxy, dimensions as per OEM iv) Softening Resin (Ion Exchange)- Atleast 150 litres. or as per Design of OEM v) Valves- Multiport vi) Flow meter- 02 Nos. vii) Pressure Gauges- 02 Nos. viii) Regeneration Tank (500 litres)- 01 No. MS FRP or rubber lining ix) Agitator, Geared motor, SS shaft & blade- 01 set x) Industrial Salt Quantity- 200 Kg xi) Skid for Pump- Stainless Steel xi)Pipe Line and Fittings (UPVC/CPVC) of sizes as per OEM design-1 Lot xii)Big Blue Filter Set- 1 Set (incl. filters replacement on monthly basis. 1.1 RO WATER PLANT WITH CHILLER: Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of RO Water Treatment Plant of Capacity 2000 litres/ hour at Govt. Psychiatric Diseases Hospital, Jammu. The scope of work/ technical specifications include the following: i) Water Treatment Unit based on RO+UV System of Capacity 2000 LPH with Automatic Electronic Control Panel with suitable Pump Sets, Sand Filters, Activated Carbon Filter, Primary & Secondary Cartridges, Anti-Scalant Dosing System, RO housing, Elements UV sterilizer (SS) of suitable Capacity, Flushing Unit with Pumps of suitable capacity and all allied accessories required for the installation of the same. PH value =7.5 to 9, ORP = -50 mV to -250 mV and TDS = 50 to 150 PPM. Acceptable Makes: KENT/ BLUE MOUNT/ EUREKA FORBES/ RUBY. ii) Anti-Bacterial 4 layered HDPE Storage Water Tank - 01 No. of 3000 Ltr. Capacity ISI marked. iii) Design and SITC of Chiller Plant of Storage Capacity 2000 LPH of grade SS-304 fitted with Copper Tubes and suitable Compressor and Stainless Steel Transfer Pumps of nationally reputed make- Daikin/ Blue Star/ Voltas. iv) Pipes along with fittings: The pipes shall be CPVC of different diameters as 2”, 1.5”, 1” and ½” of lengths as per site requirement with pipes having working pressure of 320 PSI at 23 degrees using solvent welded CPVC fittings and CPVC cement solvent for joining of pipes. The Test Pressure shall be 150 PSI or 10 bar for 1 hr. The insulating material shall be of closed cell Elastomeric Nitrile rubber of thickness not less than 19 mm. The product shall have a temp. range from - 400 deg c to 1050 deg c and density not less than 0.06gm/cubic cm. Insulating material shall be sleeved on the pipes. All longitudinal and transverse joints shall be sealed and shall be sealed continuous over the piping and fittings. All outside pipes insulated with nitrile rubber shall be covered with fibreglass fabric. The horizontal pipes shall be given support at intervals of 3 feet for diameters of 1 inch and below and at 4 feet intervals for large pipes. The fibre glass fabric shall be applied with one coat of fireproof epoxy or acrylic compound. Connection work only for connection of RAW water tank to RO System and Storage Tank. Make ISI marked. v) SITC of Control Panel for the RO water plant along with all copper cabling as per OEM design-1 Lot. 1.2 The job also includes the following: i) Providing & laying of 95 Sq.mm, 3.5 core AluminiumArmoured Cable (Polycab/Havells/KEI) -Approx 100 mtrs. length ii) Providing &Fitting of 200 Amps Main Switch (L&T/Havells/Scheinder)-02 Nos. iii) Properly insulated Seamless pipe without any joint (KiTEC) of dia as per OEM Plant output dia. from top floor to ground Floor-2 runs x 100 mtrs length each with providing & fitting of 06 nos. 18” x 24” SS sinks with all allied fittings / accessories at designated places as per requirement. iv) Tapping of the water pipe connection for input to the plants by providing & laying of G.I. pipe of 25 mm/40 mm dia. along with valves at both ends -Approx. 30 mtrs /as per site requirement. v) Earthing of complete equipment of both the Plants. vi) Complete insulation of all piping. vii) The successful bidder has to get the water samples tested before & after commissioning of plants and submit the reports from Nationally Accredited Labs before processing of payment for ensuring the final sample quality as per BIS norms. ix) Before bidding, the intending bidder must visit the site to get fully acquainted with the site conditions. 0.000 job Excess(+) Full Conversion INR

2 Both the plants are to be housed in Corrugated galvanizes pre coated sheets shed of size as per site requirement. Sheet thickness of CGI sheet is 0.5 mm and fix with self-tapping screw with EPDM washer and seal. MS structure supported by MS hollow tube, angle iron frame including two coat of steel primer.
