Taking out the existing unserviceable rusted LT panel board alongwith busbar, MCCBs etc of any size/capacity including disconnection, breaking PCC foundation etc.and disposed off as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type,weather proof, cubicle LT Panel board made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet steel mounted on 60 cm long legs made out of 40 x 40 x 6 mm equal angle,embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 bocks of size 15x15x20 cm , front and back openable,double door openable up to minimum 150 deg. & removable type having magnetic catche system, lockable / openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks, louvers and air vent gaskets for natural air flow suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 Hz ,factory febricated with suitable foamed-in PU gasket to make it dust/vermin proof , IP 54 protection, Powder coated and prewired as per standard engineering practice, the panel manufacturer should have got any one of the panel tested at CPRI earliest for short circuit current of 50 KA for one second and similar design and technology shall be adopted for fabrication of panel copy of CPRI test report shall be produce to GE along with a certificate from manufacturer of the panel that the similar design and standard have followed in these panels.complete ,suitable cable glands for cable entry. The panel shall be suitable to accomodate the following equiptments :-

M&L for factory made LT panel made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated weather proof out door type with 60cm long legs 4 Nos made out of 40X40X6mm equal angle size of encloser not less than 120X75X45cm depth with front and rear openable double door with locking arrangement including 4 strip aluminium bus bar of lengh 75 cm of 400 amps capacity, mounted on insulators including and connection in the new chamber with bolts and nuts, including thimbles of suitable sizes, neccessary earth work and PCC foundation for grouting of four legs all as per directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts,bolt,washers etc connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I ,including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata of soil,comman salt, charcoal dust, 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection to earth lead, GI water pipe 20mm dia with funnel &wire mesh , PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- All the joints shall be made with welding to get proper conductivity.

Taking out unsrviceable LT UG cable/service wire of any sizes all as specified and as directed by Engr In Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable, heavy duty, 1100 Volts, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts/passing through pipe complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying /repair to pipe line and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 10 here in before but depth exc.1.5m but not exc. 3m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning and filling in excavated soil including spreading levelling ,watering and well running in layers not exceeding 25cm thick.

Removing surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above starting point.

M&L for Dry sand cushioning to underground cable provided with layer of 8 cms deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for providing of new sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing 50mm dia light grade laid in trenches/floor/fixing on pole / wall / in tarmac including necessary fittings etc.complete& all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 300X300X10 mm thick Dura stone tiles including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 over 75 mm thick on PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (Suitable for matching the existing Dura stone/tile incl finish work such as plaster repair of wall etc. ) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing old PCC/Steel poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Damaged poles shall be removed from the site as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing old cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement MS Channel/angle iron/flat iron of required size and bend to shape as cross arms, bracing and support including, MS clamps back plates with bolts, nuts, and washers drilled for insulators including painting two coats of synthetic enemel paint (Aluminium shade) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Suppy and fixing in replacement erecting steel tubular swaged poles erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6mm thick mild steel base plate(300mmx300mm), welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, and screws poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-II Type 410 SP-31, 9mtr long including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms, painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bitumenous paint internally and portion embedded in concrete, making five black & white bands at lower portion of pole each 300mm wide alternately upto the height and marking pole No. with black paint at suitable height including making two nos holes of suitable size in steel tubular pole by gas welding for passing PVC cable connection from junction box to security lights through pole where junction box to be fitted in pole, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Excavation and Earth Work ,PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fix 60 Watt LED street light with pressure die cast aluminium housing & toughened glass with IP-66 degree protection, individual LED's must have peanut lenses for better throw across & along the road with luminarie efficacy of greater than 110 lumen/Watt (Minimum lumen output of luminarie should be 6600 Lumens) color rendering (CRI) of > 75 and co-related color temperature (CCT) of 5700K (+ 500K), The luminarie should have 5 KV surge protection, PF > 0.95, and total harmonic distortion of THD < 10%, voltage range of 140-280V should be provided. M&L Rigid steel conduit heavy of size 20 mm dia with all fittings and fixed to pole for protection to PVC cable connection from junction box to security light included MS clamp of size 25mmx3mm thick MS clamp, nuts, bolts and washers, duly painted complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply and fix bracket for street light fittings made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe of medium grade 1.5 mtr long each bent to required shape & size and fixed to pole with and including flat iron clamps 02 Nos made out of 32x6 mm flat iron including GI Nuts, bolts and washers and painting of clamps and street light brackets with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete with all as specefied and directed.

S & F modular box of size 280x170x130 mm made of FRP inpact resistance plastic & heat resistant materials including MCB SP 6 A, Connector terminal block 4 pole 16 A capacity and fixing to the street light or post top light pole with suitable sizes of clamps, nuts and bolts complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x6.0mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level ) with top edge plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire of size 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and washers of galvanized iron earth lead including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, RCC cover made out of cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with TMT steel bars 8 mm dia @150 mm c/c both ways with suitable handle and angle iron 40x40x5mm frame, GI medium grade watering pipe 20mm bore and funnel with wire mesh light grade protection pipe 40mm bore up to main board complete as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 (Part-I) and testing on completion all as directed. Note: On testing after completion of earthing, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concreate 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc including necessary form work and finishing the surface with cement mortar 1:4, 5mm thick finished to the portion of PCC muffs above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregrate) in foundation, mass concrete as in foundation of poles & stay etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying Galvanised iron steel tubes, ISI marked light grade of size 40 mm bore for cable protection along the poles under road under drains, laid in trenches/fixed on walls/poles with suitable clamps bolts nuts etc including taking down of old unserviceble pipe , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed 4 Sqmm 2 core nominal cross section complete with all acessories all as specefied.
