Supply, laying and testing for LT XLPE electric cable insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 240 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No.1.00 here-in-before but for size 185 Sqmm 4 core.

All as per serial item No.1.00 here-in-before but for size 70 Sqmm 4 core.

All as per serial item No.1.00 here-in-before but for size 50 Sqmm 4 core.

All as per serial item No.1.00 here-in-before but for size 35 Sqmm 4 core.

Takingdown/ out unserviceable or serviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area and connections including bricks, GI pipes , etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/ or fixing with walls/ poles including segregating of serviceable materials viz bricks, cables, GI pipes etc complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out and laying of cables etc. and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to distance not exceeding 50metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dry river sand as in sand cushioning in trenches/ ducts for protection of underground cable (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 23 cm spread thickness ( 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable) and consolidated (punned) up to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment

Supply, laying and testing for HT electric cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade of size 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor type heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub class 'B', old size bricks for cable protection cover, common burnt clay building bricks, laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent bricks not exc.10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying for 50mm bore galvanised steel pipe "light grade" including fittings laid in trenches as in protection of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying for 80mm bore galvanised steel pipe "light grade" including fittings laid in trenches as in protection of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for horizontal boring for passing protection pipe up to 80mm bore (dia) under road/ path not exc 10.00 metres in single length complete all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation for pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping for pole including form work and finished the surface even and smooth etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of HT feeder pillar box, suitable for 11000 volt, 3 phase, 50 Hz 630 Amps, AC system of size 1200mm (H) x 1200mm (L) x 750 (D), bus bar insulator CPRI approved factory made, totally enclosed, self supporting button structure/ cubicle, weather and vermin proof, protection IP-66, suitable for out door use, with cable entry, structure made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheets with angle iron frame work and legs 60 cm above normal ground level made out of ISA 75 x 75 x 6mm with 4 legs grouted to PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 as in foundation block of adequate size with suitable mounting arrangement for aluminium bus bar, three phase supported with suitable size height strength SMC/ DMC material insulator and suitable size brass nuts, bolts and washers with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving with sloping cannopy at top, double hinged doors at front and rear with neoprene rubber gasket suitable locking arrangement and bolted shutters, provision of louvers at sides, danger plates, earthing strip point and bottom detachable gland plate complete with zinc/ chrominum plated nuts, bolts and washers etc, structure treated under 7 tank metal treatment process and duly powder coated including all earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and connected to main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm with 8mm dia TMT mild steel bars @120mm C/C bothway,one handle for lifting made out of 10mm dia MS bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (medium grade) for watering, filling charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 40mm bore galvanized steel tubing light grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I . (Note: GI earth strip and protection pipe upto 7.5metres shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate)
