Providing and fixing Granite stone works of approved quality, size, shape and thickness not less than 36 mm thick in position on cills, jambs, lintel bottoms over cement mortar bed 15 mm thick in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) or readymade adhesive of approved brand as per department, including cutting, fixing with hold fast, preparing where necessary finished with flush pointing with leticrete /equivalent approved brand white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of granite slab, mixed with approved pigment to match the shade of the tiles, complete at all levels as specified and directed. (Coloured pigment should be same as colour of tiles and approved as directed by the Department).

Providing laying and fixing 20 mm thick polished steel grey granite or equivalent Granite stone on counters including fascia band at the front and sides on wooden cabinets pasted with readymade epoxy based adhesive, Wooden cabinetry shall be supported on MS brackets / frame required as per approved detail, stone slab shall be minimum 40mm inserted inside the wall at the connecting end and repaired neatly wherever required to be cheasled as required as directed and specified. MS work and all wood work cost shall bepaid separately as different item.

Providing and fixing 18 /20 mm thick polished Granite stone as urinal partition in toilets shall be supported on 20 mm wide Aluminum channel anchored to wall with screw, fastners etc shall be minimum 50mm inserted in wall at the connecting end and repaired neatly wherever required as directed and specified.

Providing laying and fitting, 100 x100mm Delhi Quatzite stones 50 to 80mm thick cobbles, of approved size, shape and colour, laid in required pattern as per approved design pattern over 50mm thick sand bed (average thickness) and compacting with plate vibrator and filling the joints with Cement mortar etc. all complete, as directed by the Department. (DQ cobble 100x100mm (50-80mm)

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made concrete kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line ,level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer in charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). ( precast C.C kerb shall be approved by Engineer in charge)

Supplying making and fixing, 12.5 mm thick Gypsum board Vaulted false ceiling suspended in place on a 19mm board and G I structure designed for the ceiling to take place with hollock wood and 19mm thick BWP board frame approved size and make, and finished as per approved design, with necessary screws, washers, bolts & fasteners etc complet. Putty primer and paint will be paid separately, as approvedas directed by the Department for all levels.

Supplying making and fixing, 19 mm thick B&WP Ply ceiling suspended in place on 50 x 50mm hollock wooden frame or heavy duty GI channels of approved size and make, and finished with 4 mm thick veneer on top as per design, with necessary screws, washers, bolts & fasteners etc. PU matt finish will be paid separately as necessary as directed by the Department for all levels.

Supplying making and fixing, 9 mm thick V- Board (White cement bonded particle board) in ceiling of approved make as (Everest/Vishaka/ equivalent brand), suspended in place on 50 x 50mm hollock wooden frame or heavy duty GI channels of approved size and make, and finished with Putty, primer and paint on top as per design, with necessary screws, washers, bolts & fasteners etc. Putty primer and paint will be paid separately, as approvedas directed by the Department for all levels.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of perforated metal ceiling with clip in system with GI spring tee runner & G.I. Main C Carior both 3000mm long with G.I. Spring T Connector, Main C Carior Connector (Bracket) and Carior Suspension Clip (Level Clip) and suspension connecting clips , screws, fastners etc of approved design as provided complete as directed and specified.

Supplying making and fixing, 10 mm thick high density treated Bamboo wood planks in ceiling of approved make, suspended in place on 50 x 50mm hollock wooden frame or heavy duty GI channels of approved size and make, and finished with PU matt finish, screws, nails, bolts & fasteners etc complete. PU matt finish will be paid separately, as approved as directed by the Department for all levels.
