Rates Quoted for items under Schedule A-2 shall include the following:
i) Cost of providing grooves,inserts, chamfers, molding, cutout etc. in formwork.
ii) The work will include placing in position of necessary sleeves for various purposes, anchors, shear connectors, fixtures, inserts etc. complete as per technical specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer
iii) The rate shall also include preparation of construction joints as per technical specifications and provided approved wire mesh/ weld mesh at such location as approved by the Employer's Representative or as shown in drawings.
iv) Rate shall include cost of using required dosage of admixture in concrete for obtaining required temperature, workability and retardation as per approval of the Engineer
v) Rate shall include cost of using necessary tools, plants, machinery and all related operations etc. for all heights as per approval of the Employer's Representative.
vi) Rate shall include cost of vibration of concrete, curing, protecting from damage, bailing/pumping out water if required as directed by the Engineer
vii) Reinforcement shall be paid separately.
viii) The cost shall be inclusive of the cost of centering, shuttering, scaffolding, providing cutouts where specified, curing arrangements as required, steam curing arrangement if deemed necessary, all handling etc. complete

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including:
(a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design.
(b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (Each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc.
(c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium item.s
The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with floor location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints system will be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / self centering arrangement and support plates etc. as per ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides floor to floor /floor to wall expansion control system for various vertical localtion in load application areas that accommodates multi directional seismic movement without stress to it's components. System shall consist of metal profiles with a universal
aluminum base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and finish floor treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy projects movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered self- centering arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions. The Self - centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminum extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions including vertical displacement. Provision of Moisture Barrier Membrane in the Joint System to have watertight joint is mandatory requirement all as per the manufactures design and as approved by Engineer -in- Charge. (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063).

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 Kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 Kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 Kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.)
Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels/ subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI212- 3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guaranteed for 10 years against any leakage.

Wood Works
Providing & fixing Toilet Cubicle (of following standard dimension which includes 600mm - 750mm door size width) made of heat, bacteria, water, chemical, scratch, impact and anti bacterial resistant 12mm thick solid compact laminate panels tested in approved laboratory. Finish of the compact laminate should be Suede, Raw silk model includes doors, pilasters & intermtediate panels finished with approved texture/shade as per the detail drawings & as per IS 2046 (Indian Standard) and as per fire retardant BS- 476/97 standard.

Providing and Laying Foam Concrete for raised flooring as/of density 1200Kg/cum
Vaccume Dewatering Flooring: Providing and laying Vacuum Dewatered Flooring of M-25 grade cement concrete using ready mixed concrete supplied from an approved batching plant and upto 200mm thickness. The concrete shall be transported, placed, compacted, and leveled using appropriate mechanical means such as screed board vibrators to achieve uniform thickness and surface level. Immediately after compaction, the concrete surface shall be subjected to the vacuum dewatering process to remove excess water and to enhance the surface strength and durability of the floor. The surface shall then be finished by floating and brooming with a wire brush to obtain a non-slip texture, or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
The item shall include all operations such as providing and fixing necessary formwork or shuttering, supplying all materials, labour, tools, and machinery required for laying, compaction, dewatering, finishing, and curing of concrete. The work shall be carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, relevant specifications, and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respects.

BAFFLE CEILING: Supplying, Providing & fixing in position baffle ceiling system comprising of closed box shaped profiles. Metal baffles shall be made out of 0.50 mm thick hot dipped galvanized steel material in lengths of up to 4000mm. The Coil should be stove enamelled on a continuous application for pre-treatment. The coils to go through 4 stages of pretreatment, three times oven baked through conversion coating, priming and finish coat ensuring superior adhesion, high corrosion resistance and good colour stability. The coils to be painted on both sides after degreasing. Inside surface to have a primer of 5 microns and a coat of natural colour of 5 microns, exposed surface to have a primer of 5 microns, binder of 5 microns and topcoat of approved colour of 15 microns. Baffle Ceiling shall be mounted on slotted galvanized steel grid profile of minimum 2mm thickness in a module of 225 mm. Baffle grid shall be suspended and supported by means of minimum 6mm/8nnm/12mm dia (suitable for guarantee of stability) threaded suspenders at a distance of 150mm from the edge and 1200mm c/c maximum spacing. Baffle fixing brackets shall be used to keep the ceiling in correct place for the leveling purpose. Design, Manufacture and Testing of the following rating of 0.8 P.F Standby Diesel Generator Set (conforming to the Specifications) having (1) Four Stroke, radiator cooled Engine designed for operating on high speed diesel with speed of Diesel Engine not exceeding 1500 RPM (2) 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire Alternator of the rating given below at 50°C ambient temperature (3) Engine mounted radiator with accessories. The DG Set shall be suitable for AMF start with Battery for Engine cranking, with all accessories and components such as chimney etc. This includes Supply, Transport and Delivery at site including Insurance, Handling, Unloading and Safe Keeping etc. at site, complete Erection and Installation on foundation, connection to all accessories and components, Integrating the performance of all Sub Systems, Testing, Commissioning and Performance Testing including all connected Structural, Electrical and Civil works required for the proper and efficient functioning of DG sets as required.

The Exhaust piping shall include necessary holding down bolt arrangements. The civil works required for the Exhaust piping is also included in the scope.
Design and preparation of the drawing for statutory authorities such as Pollution control board etc. for commissioning system including arranging inspection and also necessary approval, Safety certificates from authorities.

C.1 - PUMPS FOR FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM
i) Whether explicitly specified or not, the Pumps for Fire Protection System specified herein, must conform to respective Specifications, in addtion to the description given in respective items of BOQ. In case of contradiction between specifications and description in BOQ, the most stringent of the condition will prevail.
ii) The motor HP to be confirmed by the supplier for the duty mentioned for each pump.

The Fire Alarm and Detection System specified herein, must conform to the Specifications, in addtion to the description given in respective items of BOQ, whether explicitly specified or not. In case of contradiction between E&M specification and description in BOQ, the most stringent of the condition will prevail.
All the items not specifically mentioned here but necessary to make the system complete and suitable for desired application as per Specifications and Drawings will be deemed to be included in the quoted prices
If any software and licence key required for detectors mentioned in the BOQ it should be provided by the vendor life time of the product, free of cost.
