Maintenance and servicing of DG set 250 KVA,Make: Greaves Ltd including replacment of defective/wornout spares with new spares such as fuel filter, lube oil filter, gaskets, V belts,rubber hoses with clamps, nuts bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner and replacement of engine oil, tappet setting, servicing of radiator etc for the smooth operation DG set all as specified and directed. NOTE:- 1) Replacement of spares such as fuel filters and oil filter including nut, bolts, washers, clamps, screws and grease etc required for the service / maintenance of the DG Sets deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. 2) Other spares required for above will be measured and paid separately under relevent items of BoQ. Flame / heating proof asbestos rope 12 mm dia on engine exhaust pipe including dismantling of burn out asbestos rope and arresting all leakages by welding / tightening the exhaust line including aluminium cladding and making complete fire proof, flame proof all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of the DG Set installed in acoustic enclosure including base frame, radiator, fuel tank etc of the following capacities complete de-greasing and spray painting the same with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint including writing SM/MES Nos, descriptions, location, capacity etc on DG set, size of letter shall be 5 CM x 5CM of capacity 15 KVA to 70 KVA all as directed by Engr in Charge .

Replacement of Anti vibration pad as per existing size and make all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Descaling, cleaning and pressure testing of radiator assembly as required including brazing etc complete to make leak proof of capacity 15 KVA to 70 KVA all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Descaling, cleaning and pressure testing of radiator assembly as required including brazing etc complete to make leak proof of capacity 100 KVA to 250 KVA all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.
