Construction of Fencing at DGHC Play Ground,Kashyem within Kashyong GP under Pedong Panchayat Samity

Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soils (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75m as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, ievelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500mm.

Laying 150 mm. to 200 mm. boulder soling including rough dressing hand packing and ramming down small pieces in the interstics without rolling but including ramming.

Cement Concrete with graded jhama khoa(30 mm size excluding shuttering in ground floor and foundation (a) 1:3:6 proportion

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

Reinforcement for reinforced concreate work in all sorts of structures including ditribution bars, stirrups, binders, etc. initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary ), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.(a)For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor/ upto 4m. (Tor steel/ Mild steel) I. ( JSW / JSPL / SHYAM / SRMB / BMASL / ELCTROSTEEL / SSL.)

Hire and labour charge for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging up to 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thick ness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or staight including fitting fixing and striking out after complection of works. (up to roof of ground floor). (a) 25 mm. to 30 mm. thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of the Engineer-in-charge. .

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling, etc.) with sand and cement morter ( including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding / stagging where necessary (Ground floor) [ Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface ](i) With 1:6 cement mortar (b) 20 mm thick plaster

Plum concrete work with 40 % cement concrete with 30 mm down graded stone metal and 60 % stone boulder of size 150 mm and above, placed in position as directed excluding shuttering if any. (i) (1:3:6) proportion

Fixing post of iron or precast concrete by digging hole in the ground (in all sorts of soil) and embedding the same by packing the hole with cement concrete (1:3:6) (with jhama khoa. For Purulia,Bankura and Darjeeling Hill by Pakur Variety, Local Black Hard Stone & Bazree respectively) and finishing the top surface to regular shape (as directed) with 15 cm cement plaster (1:6) complete, including the cost of concrete, plaster etc.but excluding the cost of the post : (i) Average dia. of the hole 200 mm. to 300 mm. (a) Depth 450 mm. to 500 mm. [Cement 8 kg/No.]

Labour for fitting wove wire or similar fencing net tightening and fixing the same to post with staples at every bar (including the cost of cutting and lapping joints in the net, the cost of staples, binding wire etc. and of labour for fixing such staples as necessary).

Double kontted wove wire 2.1 m height (17 bars) vertical 300 mm apart horizontal spacing starting from 88 mm ending 200 mm top and bottom wire 10g and all other intermediate and upright wire 9g with finished border 2 ply twisted fencing complete including tightening and fixing the same to posts with staples at every bar including cost of cutting and of lapping joints in net as necessary including cost of staples and wove wire.

M.S. gate of Jail type as per approved design made of strong M.S. frame work, intermediate stiffeners and round / square bars or angles. M.S. sheet (not less than 14 gauge) gussets, cleats etc. including necessary riveting, bolting, welding, locking and hanging arrangements, fitting and fixing complete as per direction of the Engineer-in -charge. In ground floor.

Applying decorative cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surface including scraping the same throughly (plastered or concrete surface) as per manufacturer's specification. In ground floor. (iii) Two coats

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand parpering etc. in cluding using of approved putty etc. on the surface , if necessary. On steel or other metal surface : With other than hi-gloss of approved quality- iv)Two coat (with any shade except white)

Supplying fitting fixing Name Plate of white marbel stone of size 300mmx600mm including photographs of (pre,during and post execution) etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. .
