In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.

M.S. tube

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (The required MS sections will be supplied by the Department).

Providing Steel work in Tububular section of round hollow tubes ( 50mm dia Heavy) including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding or bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. (The required Materials will be supplied by the Department). The over all running meter shall be taken for purpose of payment.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Providing and fixing anchor bolt (Hex flange nut) surface including drilling necessary holes,backing with suitable adhesive paste and the cost of bolt etc complete.(20mm x 250mm Long)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete
