Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m depth and not exceeding 1.5m width and getting out in Soft/loose soil for laying of pipe lines.

Returning, refilling incl spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with any type of soil all as directed

Repairs / Maintenance of centrifugal / monoblock pumpsets regularly/systematically including inspection, adjustment repairs by opening the pump set for carrying out the preventive maintenance and repair by checking the serviceability alignment of various spares, removing the unserviceable pump spares and replacing with new spare parts, components servicing, cleaning and overhauling the same by lubricating, replacement of gasket, refixing the same after servicing, testing the same for smooth running, replacing minor parts like Gland rope, bolts & nuts, packing, threading and replacing spares and matching inclusive etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge of the following capacities pump sets. Disconnecting the electric cable from the terminal box of upto 10HP motor, disconnecting the motor from them pump, remove the motor from the foundation bed and taking out the motor and transporting to authorised work shop and performing following works as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (i) Dismantling the motor and taking out the burnt copper winding /fiber strip/insulating materials. (ii) Clean the stator slots by CTC solution and rewind on stator slots with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge with insulating materials/fiber strip/varnishing and made terminal connection of fiber glass coated wire. (iii) Assembling the motor and painting with two coat of primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paint including marking flow of water and MES NO all as per norms and all as specified and as directed as directed by the engr-in-charge. (iv) Transporting to the motor to the site refixing on foundation channel with new bolts and nuts, coupling the pump and motor with correct alignment apply grease and connecting electrical connections testing complete alll as directed and specified by the Engr-in-charge

Disconnect the electrical connection,Lifting the submersible pumpset with 50mm GI pipe from 500 to 700 feet depth bore well up to 7.5 HP capacity and dismantling the pump set and rewinding the submerssible motor with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge replacing the damaged impeller, bearing , bushes, stainer as per exisiting size and assembiling the same including necessary lathe works, fixing the motor and proper insulation ,connecting and testing with apply one coat of primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint and lowering the same and testing and commissioning all as directed at specified by the Engr-in-charge

Removing the defective single phase preventer from star/delta starter and supply and fixing new single phase preventer suitable for various capacity of motors 5/7.5 /15/25/40 HP(Make : L&T or equivalent)

Repair the star/delta starter fully automatic starter including replacing with new spares ie. Contactor, timer, relays etc suitable for existing make and capacirty of ML1/ML2/ML3/ML4/ML1.5/MK1. Note : Spares shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only starter contactor of ML 1.5 Type Make L & T Cat No. SS91851 or tis equivqlent approved make.

Supply only starter contactor of ML 2 W Type Make L & T Cat No. CS96005LOOO or tis equivqlent approved make.

Dewatering and pumping out of existing accumulated sludge from Bar sreen chamber at STP by using external sewage disposal pump set to near by sewage disposal drain and cleaning of tank by scrapping with wire brush or any other means of on walls and bottom of tank and removing the sludge/ slits/ sand/fungus etc deposited inside the sumps/ tanks with buckets and depositing where directed followed by cleaning with bleaching water solution and fresh water and finally applying one coat of snow cem on internal and external surfaces including writing "Tank Cleaned (date) and due date with 10Cm size white colour letter" on Black back ground on external walls complete all as specified and directed. Location : MEG & Center Note (For Item No. 87 to 89) :- (i) Contractor is to arange own diesel pump T&P etc for cleaning purpose and minor spares and consumable like small screws washers cleaning agents consumable etc, cost of same shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rate and including all safety precaution to be taken while working in STP. (ii) The accumulated/ deposied sludge after drying shall be disposed off out side the defence land to a distance excceding 1.5KM and not exceding 5.00 KM from the STP cost of which shall be deemed to inclusive in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (iii) Before commencement of work necessary arangement for disposal of sewage/ sludge be made and work to be caried out in fast pace by developing more man power at STP in Order to complete the work at the earliest. (iv) cleaning of sludge shall be carried out 2 times with interval of the 3 months each cleaning shall be measured as one each job.

M&L for cleaning of Activated Carbon Filter of any size by manualy or mechanical and refilled all the material upto desired level all as directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of Dual Activated Filter of any size by manualy or mechanical and refilled all the material upto desired level all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for removing the Submersible pump set from existing position shifting for authorised workshop for repair work dismantled/ open, removing the burnt winding cleaning of rotor/ stator rewinding the motor with 'F' class insulation super enameled copper wire of size equivalent to the orignal winding insulated packing materials varshning drying incl replacement of both water seal compound both bearing fill with new etc reassambling the pump set installing back to the orignal position testing and comissioning on full load for 4 Hrs continous running for the capacity of motor upto 10 HP/7.5KW complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dismantling and removing the mono Block/Coupled pump set of air compressor from existing position shifting to authorized workshop for the repair work removig the burnt winding cleaning rotor/ stator re-winding the motor with super enameled cooper wire of size equivalent to the orignal winding incl isulate packing materils varnishing drying etc installed back to the orignal position testing and commisoning on full load for 4 Hrs continous running for the capacity of motor upto 7.5 HP complete all as specified and directed. Note for items 92 & 93 : Quoted rate is inclusive of necessary to and fro transportation of pumpset of workshop.
