Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out as in soft/loose soil.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete M-7.5 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling amd mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel Deformed or twisted bars steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size ,straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:\6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil.

Material and labour for Hard core of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone or boulders , spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

Material & Labour Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 350 x 7 mm on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and riser to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over 10mm thick screed bed vertical layer in CM (1:4)all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour Non skid ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.06Sqm and not exceeding 0.11Sqm , in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm in Cement Mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement to the plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in Cement sand Mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing liquid compound @ 3% of cement used or as per manufacturer's instruction over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) ,on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specifed and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measure and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of wall and applying two coats of 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre of required colour shade and as per manufacturer’s specification over a coat of primer over a layer of 1.0 mm thick cement base wall care putty chalk whitening etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated plastered surfaces of wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint , over and including a coat of alkali resistant white cement primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 15mm bore galvanized steel tubing "medium grade" ISI marked ,with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 20mm bore galvanized steel tubing "medium grade" ISI marked with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 20mm bore all complete as specified and as directed.
