Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15.00cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil omplete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation or for shafts, wells cesspits, man holes, laying of cable etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken or boulders of gauge exc. 63 mm but n exc.100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Precast RCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 ( Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs chullah hoods, chajjas , water toughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B2, (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2, (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel, and drain , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping / benching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), to fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, mixed with water proofing compound (@ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed. (Note : Water proofing compound to be measured and paid separately as "Supply only")

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in path / paving / hard standing / floor and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in saucer drain, bed plates of PCC duct etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for keyed pointing to brick walls in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for concrete bed in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for drain pipes, 150 mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F salt glazed stoneware drain pipes, 150 mm bore, laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drain pipe of any size making good to pipe and rendering , cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( 1/2 round or 3/4 th section) in cement concrete 1:2 :4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia ( internal ) pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete drain pipe class NP-2 with one collar per length of pipe 450mm bore laid and jointed in trenches including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete drain pipe class NP-2 with one collar per length of pipe 300mm bore laid and jointed in trenches including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out carefully Precast RCC cover slab of septic tank, excavating and taking out sludge including foul water in a closed container by mechanical process or manual process, transporting to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 500 m and depositing the same in excavated earthen pit of sufficient size and depth in any type of soil within the defence land, where directed, returning, filling in earth into excavated pit after every disposal of sludge, cleaning inspection pit, sludge chamber inlet and outlet pipe, cleaning MS rungs and also applying one coat of linsed oil complete for septic tank capacity from 25 user to 500 users, cleaning the septic tank with fresh water complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Depth shall be measured after bailing out water from septic tank (ii) Cost of bailing out water shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.)

Taking out carefully the cover slab of each manhole of depth from 1.0 m to 2.0 metre and removing the sludge by mechanical process or manual process, transporting to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 500 m and depositing the same in excavated earthen pit of sufficient size and depth in any type of soil within the defence land, where directed, including returning, filling of earth in excavated pit after every disposal of sludge and also applying one coat of linsed oil and cleaning with fresh water, placing the cover slab in position complete all as specified and as directed.
