Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 11 TR Air cooled, Packaged type, floor mounted air-conditioning units with 4400 CFM as per following specifications - INDOOR UNIT - i) Compressor- Hermetically sealed scroll twin Compressor. ii) Evaporator Fan - Forward Curved fan (double inlet, double width) iii) Refrigerant- R410 A refrigerant or other eco-friendly refrigerant iv) Controller & control accessories - Microprocessor based controller with LED/LCD Display. v) Power Supply: Suitable to operate on 415V, 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply. vi) Filters: Easily removable & washable filters. Outdoor Unit - i) The outdoor unit shall have Aluminium finned air-cooled copper condensers with propeller type condenser fans suitable to operate on 230V 50 Hz AC supply . ii) Indoor and outdoor units shall be pressure & run tested at factory as per applicable codes. Note:- 1) Machine will be installed as per best industry practices, site requirements, SCC and the instructions of EIC. 2) Above units is considered without gas charging and the same will be done under item No. 14 as per site requirement and will be paid accordingly.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 11 TR Air cooled, Packaged type, floor mounted air-conditioning units at First floor of AERA building, at Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi. The item includes the hiring of Hydra / heavy labour for lifting the machine to first floor. The OEM will provide the final commissioning report after completion of ITC in all respect.

Supply & Fixing of 50x50x6 mm MS Angle Iron Stand fabricating on site for indoor /outdoor unit as per site requirement. Base of each stand should be fixed with min. 6 inch PCC for stability & strength. Note: - The payment for the PCC will be made as per item no. 15

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with two numbers GI Suspenders i/c base of suitable size GI angle, GI bolts & nuts, fasteners etc. as required. 300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of Soft/hard drawn 20 SWG copper refrigerant piping (as per OEM recommendation) complete with fittings on existing cable tray i/c ,jointing/brazing for Discharge and Liquid lines, accessories as per specifications etc. as required. All copper piping should run through cable tray for avoiding

Supply & laying of 40 mm CPVC pipe with 9 mm Nitrile insulation on surface from IDU to nearest drain point. The rate shall include all necessary cost towards, supports, hardwares,elbow,socket, & necessary Solvent etc.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of steel/ms conduit along with accessories on existing cable tray/wall surface . 25 mm

Supply and laying of 4 core 2.5 Sqmm. size FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable for control between indoor & outdoor Unit in existing MS conduit .

Supply and laying of 4 core 10 Sqmm. size FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable in the existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit as required.

SITC of canvas cloth (Fire Retardant Duct Flexible Connectors) complete with fittings, flanges, supports, all accessories as per specifications and any other item required to make the system complete for supply air in package units complete as per site requirement.

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal 24 Gauge rectangular ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, for connection between Machine to existing plenum as per site requirement.

Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of Back Draft dampers fabricated from GSS sheet metal in supply duct/main branch complete as required. From Machine to existing Plenum connection complete in all respect as required at site.

Dismantling of existing Water cooled package Unit and shifting to AAI store as per instructions of EIC.

Gas Charging/ topping R410 gas as per site requirements.

"Execution of works as per CPWD Delhi Schedule of rate (Civil) 2023 and specification as and when reqd. percentage above or below on the rates on DSR (civil) 2023-(CPWD)-Civil items worth totalling to Rs. 50,000/- as mentioned below (Note: Rate shall be quoted in the Indian Rupees only payment of DSR item will be released on the basis of percentage calculation of quoted amount and fixing amount of Rs. 50,000/- as clarified below: for example: if desired to quote 5% above on DSR-2023 rates, the rate column shall be filled Rs. 52,500/- if desired to quote 3 % below on DSR-2023 rates the rate column shall be filled as Rs. 48,500/- Note: The payment under this item will be paid after calculation of item rate ex. GST from DSR rate.
