Weld Mesh Panels should produced by electrical resistance welded galvanized wires and subsequently powder coated as per below spec. Mesh Wire : Horizontal wire, Dia 4.0 mm (+/- 0.05mm) : Vertical wire, Dia 4.0 mm(+/-0.05mm) Mesh Size: Mesh Size of 12.7 X 76.2 mm along Mesh ( Mesh Wire: IS 280 2006). Panel size : 2667 x 955mm : 24.44 Kg (+/- 5%). Metallic Coating : The wires should be hot dip galvanized as per IS 4826-1979 and amendment thereafter Powder coating: The panels are after welding subsequently polyester powder coated. Layers has a thickness of 60-80 microns. Color: RAL 6005 Powder coating should withstand 1000 Hours of salt spray test. (Type Test Certificate to be provided). Wire Tensile Strength: Min 500 N/Sq.mm. Weld Strength: The average weld shear strength of 4 welds taken at random shall not be less than 50% of the breaking strength of the vertical wire. Type of Clip: Hardened Steel in Galvanized steel.

Fence Post: Type : Circular Hollow Material: MS steel Tube (IS 1161). Dimensions: 76mm Dia, 3.2 mm (+10%) Thickness. Length : 3345mm (+ 5%) (2745 mm above ground level + 600 mm under the ground level). Coating: Hot Dip galvanized as per IS 4736 and amendments thereafter.

Clamps: Omega Clamp with profile cover plate to tighten the mesh panel along the posts with diameter 76 mm, 35mm Width and 3mm Thick Flat - 35mm Width, 3mm Thick (MS Strip as per IS 1730) (7 Nos per post). Each clamp will be supplied with a pair of SS 304 mushroom headed, square necked bolts and security nuts M8 x 50 (IS 8535-1987). Coating: Hot Dip galvanized as per IS 2629/IS 4759/ASTM A 123.

Straining Y-Arm for supporting top PTCC: Material: MS Angle Size: 50x50x5 mm. Length: 750 mm of one arm. Coating: Hot dip galvanizing as per IS 2629 / IS 4759 /ASTM A 123. Outer diameter 79 mm of sleeve cap, Bolted on the top of the fence post. Straining post will be installed at every 2.5 meters. Accessories for fitting Y Arm :- (i) Mushroom Head Bolt with breakable head safety nut (M8X120) (2 Nos per post): Material : SS 304.

High Tensile Barbed Wire: Material: High tensile heavy Galvanised mild steel wire for Line wire & High tensile barb wire is made of higher carbon steel approximately 0.28%. Specification of Line wire - Diameter: 3.15 mm, Coating: Zinc Coating 290 GSM, Tensile strength: 1450-1650N/Sqmm. All as per IS 432-2. Anchor Rod : 10 mm dia 300mm long GI Rod tie with fence post at bottom using tie wire. (02 Nos for each post)

Cement of 43 grade OPC in sealed bags each weighing 50 kgs. The date of manufacture of cement should not be more than one month prior to the date of delivery. Make : JK Laxmi/ACC /Ambuja/ Ultratech or Equivalent to IS 8112/1989

River sand coarse as per IS-2116-1980.

Crushed Stone aggregate 20mm grade conforming to IS 383-1970.
