Preparing the Structural Member surface with scrapping the old paint, rusting with scrapper, wire brush, sand paper with cleaning the surface and Spray Painting the same with two coats of coaltar epoxy paint over a coat of inorganic zinc silicate primer of approved quality, etc. complete including all staging, scaffolding, labour, machineres, all equipments, safety of workmen, all taxes but excluding GST, tollage, materials, fuel, brushes, tools, gate entry fees etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling steel work in built up section in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc including dismembering and stacking, depositing in Central Store, PPT with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, machineries, staging, safety of workmen, scaffolding, all taxes but excluding GST, Port entry fees, all transportation, loading & undloading charges etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying the structural steel of TATA/ SAIL/ RINL or any approved make for vertical members/ horizontal memeber/ bracing or for any other usage as a structural member as specified by the Engineer in-charge, fabricating, welding at the locations or as directed including transportation, handling, cutting, welding the materials/ structural with hire & running charges of welding machine and its accessories, all labour, testing charges, materials, fuel, tools and other equipments, tackles, gate entry fees, taxes, tollage, staging/ scaffolding, safety of workmen wherever necessary, etc. excluding GST complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. [N.B. : (i) Payment shall be made as per IS Code, (ii) No wastage shall be paid, (iii) Invoice of material procurement must be deposited]

Hoisting joists and fabricated structural members and placing in position with propr alignment to the existing net barrier structure as directed with engaging heavy machineries for lifitng, shifting of structural members or any other use with hire and running charges of machinery, cost of fuel, consumables, labour, operator charges, safety of workmen, T&P, gate entry fees, scafolding/ staging as and where necessary etc. excluding GST all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fabricating and fixing knitted high strength new wind screen mesh by stretched to the extent possible to avoid any sag or crease any firmly fixed in between the steel framework erected.A M.S Sheet strip of width 50mm. and 10gauge thickness shall then be placed over the knitted fabric at an interval not exceeding 1000mm. in the horizontal and vertical directions.The existing frame work and the steel strip with the knitted fabric fixed in between shall be bolted firmly with 6mm. dia. G.I. bolt and nuts at spacing not exceeding 300mm.while placing the fabric in between frame and M.S Sheet the fabric shall be folded all around by at least 25mm so as to act as stiffner. If required the fabric shall be joined together with stitching by double folding the fabric and make stitching with the lubricated, twisted polyster thread as per manufacturers specifications and as directed including all labour, materials, all testing charges, fuels, tools, nut & bolts, scaffolding, transport, handling, fabrication, stitching, tying, gate entry fees, all taxes, tollage, etc. but excluding GST complete but excluding the supply febrication and erection of steel and M.S Structures as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.N.B. :(1) Every consignment shall be supported by manufacturer’s certificate, as this is a pre-requisite for acceptance. (2) Payment for knitted fabric will be made for only for the area covered by such fabric. NO payment for folding or overlapping and wastage of fabrics. [NOTES : (I) If the knitted fabric strips are stitched together, this should be done using a double fold and stitching should be done using lubricated, twisted polyster thread of required thickness & (II) The fabric shall be stretched as per the manufacturer’s specification before fixing to the frame to avoid any sag or crease] (III) In case the specified M.S section is not available in market, the neerest alternative section may be used after approval of the Engineer-in-charge. Technical Specification of Knitted Fabric Net. (1) MATERIAL:-high strength HDPE monofilament yarn and UV stabilized fabric. (2) Size and weight:-minimum 4 gauge thickness and minimum 275 gm/sqm with eyelet or selvage at both ends. (3) Colour- Green/ Black or any other approved by Engineer in-charge. (4) Shade factor(Light Transmission)-60% Maximum. (5) No of stitches in any one direction :- 3nos/cm. (6) Tensile load before UV exposure machine direction :-350-370 N/mm, Transverse direction :-1010-1020N/mm. (7) Tensile load after UV exposure machine direction :-340-350 N/mm,Transverse direction :-970-1000 N/mm. (8) Resistance :- withstand at 1000 C . (9) Elongation before UV exposure machine direction :-minimum 10%, Transverse direction :-minimum 20%

Cement painting one coat over compound wall surface using approved quality & shade cement paint including scraping the old paint by scrapper, sand paper, cleaning properly, watering the surface before painting and curing after painting with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, all taxes but excluding GST, Port entry fees, etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
