Lifting/ lowering of non clog sewage submersible pump / monoblock pump Set of the capacity 3.0,10 HP from the sewage pump houses & STP PLANT Lifting : Disconnection of outgoing delivery mains and eletrical connection from the panel and lifting of unserviceable non clog sewage submersible pump Set of any depth alongwith column pipe, SWR rope including existing submersible cable and check the unserviceability,remove the sludge/ poly bags/ cement bags/any solid items from inside the pump bowel/impellor and make good working condition with all safetyes etc complete all as directed. Lowering :- Lowering the non clog sewage submersible pump after making operational condition alongwith column pipe, SWR rope including existing submersible cable and all respective items here-in- above lifting and installation of pump motor in its original position, connections the as well as delivery main including electrical connectiion of both end i.e. with starter and motor terminals. Material and Labour for repairing and servicing /cleaning complete of submersible pump Set of the capacity 3.0,10.0 HP with replacement of worn out /unserviceable parts and reassembling the same after complete repair with accessories such as nut, bolts, washers etc. Installation with proper alignment including testing, commissioning complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. (i) Cutting and taking out existing burnt out/unserviceable copper winding from the stator unit of non clog sewage submersible pump Set Cleaning of slots and complete stator unit with using carbon tetra chloride (CTC Solution). Material and labour for rewinding the motor with 'F' class super enamelled copper wire of existing size/gauge including providing bi-metallic thermal overload protection and all necessary insulating materials such as varnish, insulating paper, sleev etc for the following capacity of 10.00 HP motor.
