REPAIR AND MAINT OF DG SET AND ALLIED WORKS AT ZONE D AT LALGARH JATTAN MIL STN

M&L for maintenance and servicing of DG Set of capacity 250 KVA complete including following :- (a) Draining out engine oil from the chamber cleaning the chamber thoroughly and refilling the sump with new engine oil to it’s required level, (b) Draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel (c) Supply and replacment of fuel filter set (d) Supply and replcement of lubricating oil filter set (e) Supply and replacent By pass filter set (f) Checking & cleaning air cleaner (g) Check and topping up coolant level (h) Checking the starting batteries and filling with electrolyte/Distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity. Cleaning of Battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors

(j) Checking and cleaning exhaust system including removing of deposited carbon in exhuast pipe. (k) Adjustment /setting of V Belt and fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer (l) Checking, cleaning and servicing of self starter, Alternator, sensors etc. (m) Testing of DG set at connected load all as directed by the Engr in charge. Note : (a) Fuel filter, oil filter, by pass filter, waste cloth, seal, gaskets etc are to be provided by the contractor and the cost is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (b) Coolent for topping up measured and paid saparetly. (c) Engine oil /Spares/filters of make reccomended by Engr -in-charge/OEM will only be used for servicing of DG set and all major parts will be measured and paid separately. (d) Engine oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately. It is the responsibility of contractor to deploy a supervisor to receive complaint and mechanic to rectify the defects within 48 Hrs. If contractor is unable to rectify the defects within 48 hrs, Rs 500/- per day per complaint will be recovered from the contractors bill for delay caused (for number of days taken beyond 2 days).

Supply and topping up of coolent for DG set in sealed container complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of fuel injection pump as per site requirement of DG set Cap 15 KVA to 45 KVA including testing the DG Set to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Ser item No 17.00 above but for 50 KVA to 63 KVA DG Sets.

All as per Ser item No 17.00 above but for 125 KVA to 160 KVA DG Sets.

All as per Ser item No 17.00 above but for 200 KVA to 250 KVA DG Sets.

S&F in replacement of flexible fuel pipe for DG sets required at site including suitable clips accsesories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning in replacement of AVR suitable for DG set for upto 63KVA DG Sets including necessary terminals' sleeves etc as required at site. Note : Make of AVR shall be same as existing make and capacity of DG sets.

All as per Ser item No 22.00 above but for 125 KVA to 160 KVA DG Sets.

All as per Ser item No 22.00 above but for 200 KVA to 250 KVA DG Sets.

S&F in replacement of Battery charger 12 V, 10 Amps type panel mounted operating on 230 V single phase 50 Hz supply, by replacing unserviceable charger complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Battery charger 24 V, 10 Amps type panel mounted operating on 230 V single phase 50 Hz supply, by replacing unserviceble charger complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of injector nozzle including testing pressure as per required for DG set of upto 35 KVA complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Ser item No 27.00 above but for 40 KVA to 63 KVA.

All as per Ser item No 27.00 above but for 125 KVA to 250 KVA.

Dismantling and removing of water pump assesmbly complete from the engine repair/ servicing the same by replacing worn out components like bearing, impeller, bushes,oil seal, water seal, gasket etc. reassembling and testing complete for the 25KVA to 35 KVA all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per Ser item No 30.00 above but for 40 KVA to 63 KVA.

All as per Ser item No 30.00 above but for 125 KVA to 250 KVA.

M & L for replacement of engine start relay 12/24 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour in repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 25mm X 4mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 5 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work in any type of soil and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in (1 : 2 : 4 ) type B1 with 3 Nos 6 mm dia MS bars both ways complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of solenoid switch suitable for any capacity of DG set all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix control wiring kit suitable for any capacity DG Set all as directed

Supply and fix in replacement of ignition switch with key for DG sets of any capacities all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of turbo charger complete for upto 63 KVA capacity of DG Sets all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Ser item No 38.00 above but for 125 KVA to 250 KVA DG set.

Dismantling of Radiator from DG Sets for servicing/cleaning thoroughly the radiator fins by air blower recharging the chemically treated coolant, including replacement of gasket packing, nuts bolts, washers, descalling with appropriate chemical and welding etc as required at site and reassembling/refixing the same at same or other location where required including testing complete all as specified and directed for 15KVA to 35KVA DG Sets

All as per Ser item No 40.00 above but for 40 to 63KVA DG Sets.

All as per Ser item No 40.00 above but for 125 KVA to 250 KVA DG Sets.

Opening/dismantling and disconnecting all the connections from panel to terminal box, repair/replacing the field coils to the alternator, refixing the field coils to the alternator complete as required at site after drying the varnish and making the electric connections to terminal box with proper brass nut bolts and washers testing and commissioning for the 10 KVA to 50 KVA DG set sets.

All as per Ser item No 43.00 above but for 63 KVA to 125 KVA DG set.

All as per Ser item No 43.00 above but for 160 KVA to 250 KVA DG set.

Supply in replacement of battery maintenance free 12 volts, 80 AH including initial charge and connected DC cable thimble nut, bolts etc including testing complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply in replacement of battery maintenance free 12 volts 150 AH including initial charge and connected DC cable thimble nut, bolts etc including testing complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply in replacement of battery maintenance free 12 volts 180 AH including initial charge and connected DC cable thimble nut, bolts etc including testing complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply in replacement of rubber coupling nut bolt & washers of DG capacity 30 KVA to 62.5 KVA and alignment of DG set engine with alternator complete all as directed. Note : Cost T&P required for dismantaling of alternator and engine for replacement of rubber coupling will deemed to be included in quoted rate.

All as per Ser item No 49.00 above but for 63 KVA to 125 KVA DG Set.

All as per Ser item No 49.00 above but for 160 KVA to 250 KVA DG Set.

S & F in replacement of Oil seal for front and back of any capacity of DG sets, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of Radiator including replacement of all water hose pipe suitable for 30 KVA to 62.5 KVA DG Set.

All as per Ser item No 53.00 above but for 125 to 160KVA DG Set.

All as per Ser item No 53.00 above but for 200 KVA to 250 KVA DG Set.

S & F in replacement of Radiator Fan for DG Set 30KVA to 250KVA capacity.

M & L for replacement of electrically operated fuel shut down valve assembly for 25 to 250 KVA DG set testing and commissioning complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement relay card with fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing/welding doors to main body and making good for the canopy of Each DG set complete of any capacity including painting with existing colour after surface preparation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Repairing of self starter 12 / 24 Volts DC of DG set and transporting to work shop for carrying out servicing by replacing all unserviceable spares including pinion, reassembling and refixing the same to DG sets including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of self starter 12 V suitable for upto 63 KVA DG set

All as per Ser item No 61.00 above but 24V for 125 KVA to 160 KVA DG Set.

All as per item No 61.00 above but 24V for 200 KVA to 250 KVA DG Set.

Material & labour for replacement of MCCB, 4 pole, 200 Amp, 415 volts, 36 KA with adjustable thermal and magnatic setting including making all incoming and outgoing connections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB, 100 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, rupturing capacity not less than 25 KA, Icu=100% with built in protection function for overload, short circuit and double break fast tripping mechanism complete with spreader link including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc. making including incoming and outgoing connection complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of MCCB 63 Amp, 240 Volts, SPN, breaking capacity 10 KA, C curve complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of MCB 40 Amp, 240 Volts, DP complete all as specified.

Supply and topping up of Engine oil in DG set as required at site.

Supply and fix in replacement of old unservicable ON load change over switch of 400 Amp cap with stainless steel enclosure with necessary mounting accessories all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of old unservicable ON load change over switch of 320 Amp cap with stainless steel enclosure with necessary mounting accessories all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of old unservicable ON load change over switch of 100 Amp cap with stainless steel enclosure with necessary mounting accessories all as specified and directed.
