Dismantling of Existing False Ceiling: Removing existing damaged perforated false ceiling grids, tiles, suspenders etc, stacking it with all cost and conveyance labour for all items of work as per specification including disposal of unserviceable material to the specified location away from work site etc, complete as directed.

Removal of Old Vinyl Flooring: Removal of existing vinyl flooring. Removal of residue including adhesive including cleaning the floor using turpentine etc so as to facilitate fixing of new vinyl flooring, complete as directed.

Removal of Old Acoustic Partition (Control Room Side): Removal of existing acoustic partition including all perforated sheets on both sides, wooden frames, View glasses etc without damages to the walls, ceiling or floor and stacking the same including disposable of unservicable material to the location away from work site etc, complete as directed.

Raised Platform and Steps: Providing raised platform and 3 steps to facilitate movement to classrooms P - 21 & P - 22 by using MS pedestals and frames of suitable angular sections of 40mm x 6mm with adequate supports. Providing 25mm BWR plywood (Archid/Greenply make) for the entire top surfaces evenly and neatly using synthetic adhesive such as Fevicol (SH) and also fixing firmly by means of self taping screws. Providing necessary grooves, cutouts in the floor for cabling and fixing electrical and other sockets etc complete as directed.

Skirting for Steps: Providing and fixing 12mm BWR ply (Archid/Greenply make) skirting to the steps using all material, hardware etc complete as directed.

Repairs to Curved False Flooring Tiers: Repairs, resetting, strengthening, aligning the existing curved tired false flooring using necessary plywood for patch work after removal of damaged particle board surface. Filling with metal paste wherever necessary to obtain smooth and level surface facilitating laying of vinyl floor tiles etc complete as directed.

Acoustic partition: Acoustic partition made using 50x50mm Sal wood frames at 600mm C/C in both directions fixed rigidly to the walls, ceiling, floor etc. Providing 50mm thick, 40 density glasswood padding held in position by hessain cloth. Covering with 12mm semi-perforated acoustic tiles or other suitable acoustic material on one side of the framework and 12mm BWP plywood on the other side using necessary hardware material, beadings. Providing door-way in the partition with additional wooden supports to take the weight of 35mm Flush door etc, complete as directed.

Wooden Flush Door: Providing and fixing 35mm thick BWP grade (KIT/Greenply/Equavalent) flush door including all necessary hardware such as 125mm heavy SS hinges, SS Aldrops, Tower bolts, Handles and other fittings which may be necessary. Providing suitable View glass using 5mm plain glass with beadings alround etc, complete as directed.

Door Closures (Godrej/Everite/Ozone): Providing and fixing Heavy Duty door closure suitable for 80 to 100 Kg door weight (Godrej/Everite/Ozone make) etc, complete as directed.

Skirting for Tiering: Providing and fixing 9mm BWR ply (Archid/Greenply make) skirting to the tiers in the required curvature using all material, hardware etc complete as directed.

Vinyl Flooring: Providing Vinyl flooring 2mm thick of approved quality and make (Armstrong or Solarbrite) of size 300x300mm approximate fixed on the top of existing Wooden/Tandoor flooring as well as skirtings using suitable manufacturer recomended (SR) adhesive, cutting to the required size and fixing including all wastages, cleaning, filling the joints etc. complete.

Aluminum angles: Providing and fixing anodized or powdercoated aluminium angles of size (30mmx30mmx2mm) to the edges of false flooring by means of necessary hardware, screws, rawl plugs etc complete as directed.

False Ceiling (Armstrong Modular Grid Ceiling): Providing and fixing of Soft Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling system in module size of 600 X 600 X 24 mm with angled tegular/Straight Edge tiles with exposed grid The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 09, Light Reflectance 85%, color White, Fire Performance UK Class / Class 1 (BS 476 pt-687) and suitable for Green Building Application, with recycled content of 66% GW & 74% RW The tile shall be laid on 24 mm wide T- Section flanges colour white having Rotary Stitching on all T Sections, ie the Main Runner, 1200 mm 2600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38 mm and a load carrying capacity of 13.2 kgs/Sqm&pull out strength of minimum 100 kgs. The T-Sections have a Galvinizing of 90 grams per Sqm and need to be installed with suspension of approved make

Acoustic Wall Panelling: Providing acoustic wall panelling on existing 50 x 35 mm Sal Wood frame work, Providing 50mm thick, 40 density glasswood padding held in position by hessain cloth. Covering with 12mm semi-perforated acoustic tiles obtained from removed false ceiling using suitable hardware material, beadings, replacement of shortfall or damaged wooden frames etc complete as directed.

Repairs of Curved Tables: Removal of curved tables to facilitate repairs to tiering and vinyl flooring work. Repairs to the tables, removal of old laminate from the top surface using heat gun and scraping neatly, Relamination of the table top,modistic panel and sides entirely with new lamination, Providing new beach wood beadings for the table tops, providing missing shelfs, MS tubular supports etc and refixing the same in position after completion of vinyl flooring work etc including neat mellamine polish for beadings and painting of MS tubular portion as directed. Approximate width of table top is 600mm, Modenity panel is 500mm.

Lectern: Manufacture, supply and placing in position Lectern made of 19mm BWP ply (Archid/Greenply make) to required shape, size and configuration having suitable sliding shelfs, key board shelf, doors etc. Providing 1mm lamination of suitable colour to all inner and outer surfaces etc. Providing necessary hardware etc complete as directed.

Ply Panelling/Strengthening: Providing 19mm BWR plywood double layered panels including wooden framework wherever necessary for mounting projectors, speakers, backing for projector screens, strenghtening for mounting AC units and other equipments etc including all necessary hardware material etc complete as directed.

Lamination for wooden panels: Providing and fixing 1mm laminate of required colour (Aica/Merino make) over the wooden bands at false ceiling level. Providing Beachwood beadings at the bottom using all necessary material, hardware etc including neat mellamine polishing for the beadings after surface preparation such as filler, sealer coating etc, complete as directed. The height of panels shall be 150 to 200mm approximate.

Verticle Blinds: Providing and fixing Verticle Blinds of approved colour and fabric for all windows with all necessary accessories viz headrails, dead weights, links, acrylic tilting rods,etc including cost of all materials, labour, lead and lift charges and all other incidental charges etc complete as per design drawing the work shall be carried out as per directions of Engineer -in-charge.

Painting - Walls & Ceilings: Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 g/L and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives, New work (Two coats applied @ 1.43 L/ 10 m². Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 L/10 m² with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Enamel Paint: Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Miscellaneous works: Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter,existing weldmesh and AC sheet enclosures in windows,old Verticle blinds and stacking,unwanted electrical casings, pipes, hanging wires,plywood covers and POP for undulation in flooring, around electrical junction boxes,old aluminium angles.including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Pen Stands: Providing and fixing pen stands of size 18"x5" made of 19mm BWR ply of National make with 1mm lamination of suitable colour including all necessary hardware, Fevicol etc complete.

Bottle Holder: Providing and fixing bottle holders of EBCO make in the desired location using all necessary hardware material complete as directed.

Floor Cutting: Cutting the floor using necessary power cutter including chipping to form tracks of required width an depth for suitable lengths to facilitate electrical and LAN cabling. Finishing the same smoothly with suitable cement mortor after completion of cabling work etc complete as directed.

SS Mesh with Framework: Providing and fixing heavy guage SS mesh with suitable framework to the windows including all necessary hardware material, welding etc complete as directed.

Glasses for Windows: Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 5.5 mm thick glass panes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Core Cutting: Core cutting in stone walls of suitable diameter to provide for AC piping work etc complete as directed.

Plywood Boxing for Casette AC Units: Providing and fixing boxes made of 19mm plywood alround the casette AC units made to size with necessary clearances on all sides to bring down the unit for maintanance. The boxes fixed to the ceiling with anchor bolts and necessary wooden supports. depth being the false ceiling level etc complete as directed.

Scaffolding: Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.
