Core cutting with core drilling upto 600mm depth of suitable dia ,with the help of machine for laying of secondary cable in the Existing HDPE pipe 63 mm dia /.50mm dia and making a connection ,inter-connection with the existing pipe with suitable bend , elbow and fitting ,the hollow space with the help of sealent / concrete mixture ( 1:2:4) upto required level of runway / taxiway to make the surface smooth after taking GPS based coordinate for installation of inset fixture as required by the Engineer in-charge of the work. Subhead- II SITC and ITC items:- Supply and installation of Guidance Sign Board of various sizes made out of anodized 2 mm thick Aluminium frame with suitable angle support with 1.5 MM thick Al. backcover of 4mm thick polycarbonate sheet with glare free face, the letter and symbol should be screen printed/ on inside of sign face made of self adhesive film of 3M applied on the inside face with required colouring, suitable arrangement shall be made for water tighness and locking arrangement, signboard shall be uniformly inernally illuminated with required LEDs to achieve illumination level operated on without flickering including supporting frangible legs and frame etc. complete as required and as specifiedas per ICAO Annex.14 Vol.I (legends as appoved by Engineer-in-Incharge).
