PANELS: Annual Overhauling works of LT 415 V AC Switch gear and DC switchgear of 220V DC & +24V DC Panels Removal of top cover, hylam separators, cleaning and tightness checking of horizontal and vertical bus (front and rear) including in vertical bus in switch gear panels.

Material Cost (Contractor Scope) Supply of khada cloth for cleaning the LT Panels 14Nos.

MODULES: Annual Maintenance of LT Modules Removal of modules, external cleaning and tightness checking of terminals, replacement of worn out parts, applying petroleum jelly to finger contacts, greasing of modules and meggering. Size -1 / F Type Modules:

Material Cost (Contractor Scope) Supply of khada cloth for cleaning the LT Modules 14Nos.

Annual Overhauling works of LT 415V AC Switch gear and DC switchgear of 220V DC & +24V DC Panels Removal of the Hylam partition sheet available in front of the vertical bus of the panel both front and rear side and refixing after cleaning in all modules.

Material Cost (Contractor Scope) CRC 2.26 Spray 500ml

LT BREAKERS:Removal of LT Breakers from its chamber, cleaning the breaker, removing old grease, tightness checking grease lubricating, Applying acetone to power terminals, meggering checking the cleaning and tripping operation and put back the breaker again in the original position.

Material Cost (Contractor Scope) Supply of khada cloth for cleaning the LT Breaker 2 Nos.

TRANSFORMER: Complete cleaning and water washing of 6.6KV/433V, 1600KVA, Service Transformer and cleaning of Neutral grounding resistor.
