Design, Fabrication ,Testing & Supply of Guidance sign boards having various sizes made out of anodized 2 mm thick aluminium frame with suitable angle support, 1.5 mm thick alluminium back cover, 4 mm thick polycarbonated sheet with glayer free face, the letter & symbol should be screen painted on inside of sign face made of selfadhesive film of 3 M applied on inside face with required colouring, suitable arrangements shall be made for water tighteness and locking arrangements, sign board shall be uniformely internally illuminated with required LEDs to achive uniform illumination level & operated on AGL circuit without flickering including supporting frangile legs and frame etc., as per technical specification and as per ICAO Annexure 14 vol 1 (legends as approved by the Engineer I/C) complete etc as required

Design, Fabrication ,Testing & Supply of Road Holding Sign board of size 1000mm x 900mm retroreflective type with all accessories as per ICAO/ CAR specifications etc as required.

Supply of CI Isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside dia size 330 mm, height 450mm, made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive on no of 50mm dia "B' class GI pipe including check nuts as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hold (4 away from the hold centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia, "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 Nos M10 tapped hole at the hold centre 260mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts etc as required and as per the drawings attached.

Supply of Isolatiing Transformer of various Amps of 5KV Grade, 50 Hz, series type encapsulated in polyester resin, finely moulded in neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connections as specified 200 W 20/6.6 Amps or 6.6/ 6.6 Amps

Supply of plug and receptacles 5KV grade suitable for 6 sq.mm. copper airport lighting cable generally conforming to FAA-813 Specification as amended up to date.

Supply of 6 sq.mm. single core standard copper conductor unarmored 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVA sheathed airport lighting cable for unearthed system as specifed and conforming to IS:1554 part II as amended up to date.

Supply of following size aluminium conductor XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed armoured underground power cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS:7098 (Part -1) with upto date amendments as required. 4 x 16 sq.mm. (28mm)

Supply of power driver suitable for LED circuit to be operated on 230V, 50Hz, single phase AC supply of suitable rating.

Supply of power driver suitable for LED circuit to be operated on 2.8 Amp. to 6.6Amp. Input supply of CCR.

Supply of following size LED Strips. A) LED strips having8 LEDs

B) LED strips having 11 LEDs

ITC of guidance signage board of various sizes by providing 1:2:4 cement concrete foundation of size 300mm x 300mm x 400mm for three mounting legs,fixing mounting bolts on the foundation for fixing mounting legs of sign board including making connection with the power supply suitable for the guidance signage boards etc as reqd.

Installation of MS transformer housing boxes of size 330 mm dia , 450mm height in ground near runway / taxiway with 1:2:4 cement concrete 150mm in all around and in bottom i/c excavation of soft soil, leveling etc. as reqd.

Providing platform size of board + 300mm on both sides and board + 450 on front and back around the sign board having thickness 150mm with 1:2:4 cement concrete etc as reqd.

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of grade 1.1 KV, of size upto 35 sq.mm, in ground including excavation, sand cushionin, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1 Kv grade of upto 35 sq mm size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushoning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as reqd

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of grade 1.1 KV grade but not exceeding 11KV of size upto 35 sq.mm. in the existing RCC/HUME /STONEWARE/ METAL pipe as required .

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade etc. as required. A)4 x 16 sq.mm. (28mm)

Excavation of the trench in the hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed by Engineer-in-charge with in a lead of 50 mtrs.
