Providing two legged scaffolding using 48.30mm dia heavy duty MS pipe over all height of 3.00m the distance between 2 legs being 1.25m and the spacing of the post being 2m in each rows and providing platform with C.W. planks using 40mm thick silver oak and 1.00m wide in complete form with horizontal bracings @ 1.50m c/c vertical direction and with cross bracings using same 48.30mm dia including cutting, threading assembly with red oxide primer, labour charges cost of speicals such on large plate, shoe, carcher, coupling, bolt and nut transportation charges and handling charges. The bottom of vertical post shall rest on 300x300x70mm 1:2:4 concrete base as per the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling, removing and carefully stacking RCC etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 20mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Methodology: Providing the safety scaffolding and platform by contractors, removing all the exposed damaged fins facade dead mortars, spelled concrete, loosen particles by chizzel and hammer followed by cleaning the corroded rods which is oxidized. The cleaning method for rods by metal brush sand paper, protection anti corrosive paints for damaged rods for fully damaged rods cutting the area of broken rods and anchoring with new reinforcement rods/vertical and horizontal method and welding with for stensile strength. Complete bonding agent of old concrete surface and also reinforcement areas. Finaly for 20mm thickness 1 layer of micro concrete work for compressor strength. Finishing the plastering with river sand, cement recron fiber and sbr latex for additional strength in plastering water cure for 5 days and finishing with three coats of elastomeric water proofing paints to protect the structure by silance environment and carbon attack etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing the damaged corroded M.S Pipe with new one of M.S Squrare box Hallow section 40mm x40mm x3.60mm section medium weight including dismantling the masonry wall and fixing the M.S Hallow Box section in position with necessary welding on guset plate fixed in a wall, including labour for fabrication, labour for petty iron works and finally painting two coats of SEP over a primer etc.,complete complying with std. specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and fixing Triangle type structural truss using 40mm x 40mm Square MS Hollow Section truss with span 0.60m for alround the dining shed and using the 40mm x 40mm Square MS Hollow Section inner inter connection as vertical and cross section and welding 0.20 x 0.20 x 8mm thickness base plate at the bottom of the truss, drilling 14mm holes in the base plate to fit to vertical post top base plate, fitted with 12mmx50mm galvanized bolt, nut and washer, welding with necessary ribs for rigidly with aid of 10 gauge electrode and grinding smoothly and painting two coat synthetic enamel paint over anti corrosive primer with complete satisfaction of officer incharge.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of prepainted galvanized iron sheets with the following specification, The material should be of PPGI approved design 0.47mm thick 24 gague having width 1050mm.The sheet should be G.I base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws. Plastic washer.The washer and screw to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of z120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like Malabar polyster manglore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated cutting the sheet in to the required size and making ornamental desifns as per the site condition and as directed by the deptl.officers.

Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat on cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting Old wood work with Two coat of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of various dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings, dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). The rate for earth work excavation will be measured and paid separately in the cases where the pipe lines are proposed to laid below ground level

Collecting the scattered debries using tipper machinery from work spot and loading into the tipper lorry and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3km entirely with in city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (200 cft volume capacity)
