M&L for locating fault in LT/HT (1.1/11 KV grade) underground cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locator machine comprising of surge generator pulse ECHP fault location with high frequency distance calculator etc. Excavation in any type of soil strata exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated position of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cables of size upto 400 Sqmm 3.5 core/ 300 sq mm 3 core. The fault locating equipment will be brought to site within 02 hours of instruction received from Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.
