Dismantling of CGI shed engaging expert worker. The job includes engaging of gas cutting works for dismantling of MS works. The job also includes dismantling of concrete works by mechanical means and disposal of the surplus waste material to dumping site.

Dismantling of the various electro-mechanical components for shifting purpose. The job includes following sub-job; • Dismantling of intake pumping equipment(01 No) • Dismantling of backwash units(blower & pumping equipment) • Dismantling of Control valves (butterfly valves, sluice valves & NRV) • Dismantling of pipe network • Dismantling of various electrical gadgets (starters, changeover, bus bars etc)

Removal of choked filter media from pressure filter vessel .the job includes all loads and lifts, disposal of choked media to dumping site outside the premises of the plant.tne vessel cleaning before shifting

Dismantling of MS PST and Filter vessels after disengaging these with the existing control valves and piping network using mechanical means (hydra). The job includes using of same hydra for loading of the same in the vehicles

Shifting of salvaged electro-mechanical equipments to dumping site at an average distance of 6 kms. The job includes carriage of following items • CGI sheets • MS angle iron • MS PST and Pressure vessels • Pumping equipments • Blower • Control valves • Flanged pipes • Electrical panel boards and gadgetries The job includes all tools and tackles to be involved in shifting of the same.

Providing, laying and fitting of 300 mm 7.1 mm thick M.S Rising Main for by-pass arrangement. The job includes providing and fitting of Table-5 MS flanges, 12mm thick MS cleats compatible to pipe and flange diameters at each end of the pipes. The bends, offsets etc is included in the scope of work. The job includes e/w in excavation in trenches for lying of pipes in all kinds of soils. The job includes backfilling after lying of pipes and disposal of surplus material to safer distance. E/w involving per meter; =90.00m x1.00m(Avg)x1.50m=135 cum all tools and tackles ,involved for laying and fitting of the rising main is included

Anchor/supporting blocks: Providing and laying of anchor blocks in PCC for Rising main along the defined contour. The Blocks should be provided with Anchor bolts and Metallic strip to anchor the Pipeline. The scope of work includes necessary earthwork for clearing/levelling the foundation and Providing and laying of PCC of (1:2:4 mix) along with Form work. The works includes following sub-jobs: • E/W in excavation of trenches =0.243 cum • P/L of PCC (1:2:4 mix) = 0.500 cum • Anchor bolts with nuts(M16)with 0.30m Long = 04 No’s • Metallic Strips(900mmx80mmx6mm) = 02 No’s Formwork and water curing is included.

Dismantling of existing MS rising main (270 feet) after necessary earth work by mechanical means. The job includes necessary cutting works by expert worker for dismantling process. Carriage of the rising main up to dumping site is included in the job. Disposal of surplus excavated material to dumping site is included in the job
