Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete in ground floors and Pavings not exceeding 15cm thick [below or above ground level] and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge exceeding 63 mm and not exceeding 100mm of broken stones or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified.

M & L for 75 mm thick, PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Sub base for flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing and laying Inter Locking Paver Blocks of 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block, made with M40 Grade Pre-Cast Cement Concrete using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, PU Mould reflective type, Hydraulically Pressed of approved shape, size, pattern and colour conforming to IS – 15658, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted Sand Cushion / Bed, proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Cement Concrete work in Pavement / Hard-standing of Flexural Strength 40 KG / Sq.cm in field using 400 KG of cement per cubic metre, using 20mm Graded stone Aggregate, thickness of concrete 25cm or less with manual spreading including Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Forming Expansion Joint, 20mm thick, filled with Preformed Bituminous Filler and top 30mm Primed and sealed with Sealing Compound Grade "A" for 150mm thick flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing Precast Cement Concrete Kerb Stones, Dividers of 150 mm average thickness with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops made with M-25 Design Mix, using 20mm Graded stone Aggregate, including all mouldings, set in Cement Mortar 1:4 including necessary earthwork excavation and applying Two Coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Floors / Hard standing etc. in portions / depressions / potholes etc., surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, while the concrete is green to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Road Side Delineator [Reflector] as per approved model and conforming to IRC - 67, made of Powder Coated MS Pipe, 50mm bore, 600mm height, Heavy Grade, fitted with 2 Nos. of 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made of PMMA Material with ABS Round Body, anti rust & anti theft steel net, fixed with Bolts, Nuts and Epoxy Glue, which emit excellent reflection during night time, with 3 reflective strips of colour Amber, Red or White or Green or Yellow, as approved by GE and duly embedded in PCC 1:2:4, Type B1 of size 150 X 150 X 300mm for fixing MS Post and earthwork etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
