Supply, installation, testing and commissioning with AMF panel diesel engine driven generationg set of 125 KVA (100KW capacity of countinuous rating at N.T.P, fully wired, 415 Volts, AC 3 Phase 4 wire 50Hz at a power factor of 0.8 lagging all as per IS-4722/2001, mounted on common base plate and directly coupled through flexible coupling /closed couple to diesel engine with dunlop, cushy foot mounting, anti vibration pad in and including acoustic insulated enclosure/ canopy with 75 db noise level at one meter distance from Gen Set suitable for 125 KVA DG Set & PCC (1:2:4)type, B2 foundation complete all as per OEM specification and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site etc & consisting of the following:- (A) Diesel Engine : The Engine shall be inline multi cylinder four stroke, 1500RPM, water cooled complete with water pump assembly Turbo charger, Battery charging alternator of sutitable voltage, instrument panel Electronic inbuild governer, starting battery heavy duty with leads suitable rated batteries and, suitable size of exhaust pipe of suitable size of length inclusive of exhaust coupling inside acoustic enclosure and residential silencer & pipe above canopy all as per specified & directed by OEM and all other standards fitting/fixtures all as per OEM specifications complete as per IS 1602 for the generator including the following : Note:- (i) Dismantling the old two Nos of DG sets carefully removing the connection and taken to AGE E/M Store yard for safe custody. The new DG sets shall be placed in place of old DG sets. (ii) The DG set shall be placed in side the DG Room the necessary arrangements may be made available as per site requirement. (Item No.1 Contd.../-) Engine Make :- Cummins /KOEL/Cater piller/ Greaves Cotton Ltd (a) Instrument panel,electronic in build, governer, starting battery heavy duty with suitable rated batteries, and suitable size of exhaust pipe of suitable length inclusive of exhaust coupling inside acoustic enclosure and residential silencer & pipe above canopy all as per specified & directed by OEM and all other standards fitting/fixtures all as per OEM specifications complete as per IS 1602 for the Generator including the following:- (i) Engine protection devices incuding audio visual indications & off system during following instances:- (a) Low tube oil pressure, high water temperature, over speeding of engine, low battery charging indicator. (b) Radiator cooling system comprising of radiator, fan belt, water pump with belts, thermostat, guard (c) Hour meter (B) AC Alternator (Brush less) :- The AC alternator (Generator) shall desingned for an output of 125KVA (100KW) at full load for continuous rating at 0.8 (Lag) PF, conformig to IS 4722 or BS 2613,RPM 1500, insulation class 'H' including self exciting and self regulating control with all accessories, (a) Diesel Engine cables terminal box with suitable size of glands, earth terminal etc. complete all as per OEM specifications. control panel with all accessories, cable terminal box with suitable size of glands, earth terminal etc complete all as per OEM specifications & connection for alternator output terminals to AMF panel shall be with copper conductor with suitable size & cost deemed to be inclusive of the unit rate quoted for gen set.

(Item No.1 Contd.../-) Fuel tank (service Tank) :- The fuel tank capacity and standards shall be based on OEM recommendations. Note: (i) Contactor shall carryout testing of DG set in the presence of IEM before commissioning at site and test report, purchase voucher, DG manual book , makers test certificate etc shall be handed over to Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Dismantling the old two Nos of DG sets carefully removing the connection and taken to AGE E/M Store yard for safe custody. The new DG sets shall be placed in place of old DG sets. (iii) The DG set shall be placed in side the DG Room. Necessary arrangements shall be made available by the contractor as per site requirement.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT distribution panel board factory made cubical oudoor /indoor type Approved by CPRI, slopy canopy, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet with angle iron frame made of 50 x 50 x 6mm at vertical corners & base of Panel board floor mounted, dust and vermine proof, suitable for voltage 415 V 3 Phase 4 wire weather proof, double door type,vertical busbar type with separate hinge door for each compartment with locking arrangement, with back door common open & close with Locking arrangement including Aluminium bus bar with epoxy base insulators suitable for 400 amps (R Y B N - 04 Nos) grouded in PCC 1:2:4 complete incl painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, double compression copper cable glands for required size of LT UG cable,CT's 250/5-03 Nos, LED Indicating lamps 3 Nos and space/compartments for incorporating the following:- (Item No.2 Contd.../-)

(Item No.2 Contd.../-) (a) ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 250 Amps - 03No (b) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 250 Amps with breaking capacity 35 KA - 02Nos (c) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 160 Amps with breaking capacity 35 KA - 02 Nos (d) MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, fixed type, 100 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA - 03 Nos. Make:- L&T. (e) Digital type voltmeter (f) Digital type ammeter with suitable CTs. (g) RYB indicators - 01 set

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of UG cables etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick for soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials n. exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point for soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles 1.5mtr depth 0.6m width complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, exc 10cm in width in PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:6) all as specified.

M&L 10mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying of Telerex DWC (double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 90 mm and inner dia 76 mm polethylene including couplers, bends, cap etc., with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as secified.

Supply and lay UG cable XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed LT 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor stranded of sizes 120 Sqmm 3.5 core including suitable gland, crimping of lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Havells/Polycab

M & L for Earthing complete with Copper earth plate of size 60cmx60cmx3.15mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and conmmon salt filling in alternate layers cleaned connected to and including Copper earth strip 20 x 3mm size upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected light grade 40 mm dia 7.5 mtr long GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50mm thick with 10mm dia reinforcement 100mm c/c and PCC chamber pit with pcc 1:2:4 Type B2 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2004

S & F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required copper strip 25 x 6 mm complete
