Dismantling the radiator from the engine of 1010 KVA DG set transporting the radiator from site to workshop. M&L for Strip opening of alternator 160/125 KVA DG set , removing rotor from the stator and rewinding to CT coils complete with super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate size including insulating material and replacing the following parts of the alternator.Note: Re-assembling all the component of the alternator and mounting the same on the existing foundation including welding of alternator foundation plate by electric arc welding ,aligning the alternator with engine and testing on full load as specified in particular specification and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
