Supply and fix factory made uPVC white /colour casement (openable) door made of extruded profile wilh wall thickness of 2.3mm (+/- 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60x58mm), sash (60x78mm). T profile (one vertical length in between two shutters) (60x74mm). Glazing bead (35x20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 +/- 0.2mm thick galvanized steel frame (28x21.5mm), sash (31x27mm), T profile (27x17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall wilh 8x100mm long fasteners. Hardware: casement door handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated). Corner striker. Secondary Strikers. Cylinder. Door transmission gear made of mild steel with multi point locking system with strikes. 3D Hinges of zinc alloyed white powder coated and 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and fix factory made uPVC white colour sliding window three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+/-0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multichamber, frame (108x48mm), sliding sash (38x61mm). Sliding mesh sash (38x61mm) sliding interlock (one vertical length in each shutters) (45x34mm), glazing bead (19x16mm) will be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2 +/- 0.2mm thick galvanised steel frame (30x18mm) 2 Nos, sliding sash (30x18mm), sliding mesh sash (26x10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8x100mm long fasteners, hardware touch lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass and as required accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: (i) The unit rate quoted by contractor includes cost of glass, mesh and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured for payment purpose. (ii) uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension in depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account made. (iii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of scaffolding and other safety measures.

Material and labour for fixing partly glazed partition of height from floor with 9mm thick interior grade phenol formaldehyde bonded as per IS3087 melamine faced both sides prelaminated particle board/ MDF board of approved shade and manufacturer and glazed portion and middle portion with 4mm thick tinted glass in aluminium frame work consisting of rectangular section of size approx 62.5x37.10x2mm, glazing clip etc., rate to allow for anodizing the aluminium sections in natural plain colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes: (i) Aluminium partition shall be fixed at site in different stages as per the following: (a) From bottom upto 1.2m height 9mm thick interior grade phenol formaldehyde bonded as per IS3087 melamine faced both sides prelaminated particle board/ MDF board will be fixed. (b) From top of board upto 1m height 4mm thick ordinary glass will be provide.

Supply and fix 12mm toughened glass as glass partitions and fixed with uPVC frame similar work etc., including cutting to shape, drilling holes required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples including beads complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix 4.8mm thick sheet glass ordinary glass and glazing fixed with uPVC frame at door and window in squares exc 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix 4.8mm thick sheet glass frosted glass and glazing fixed with wooden moulding at door and window in squares exc 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Gl frame size of grid 605x605mm for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre /intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
