RequiredThe bidder should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs 21.19 Lakhs usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract in the last 5 years reckoned back from 2024-25 duly updating the financial turnover at 10 percentage per annum.for more details please refer soft copy of DTP

RequiredThe tenders who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value Rs.21.19 lakhs for more details please refer soft copy of DTP

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

The successful bidder shall furnish within 3 days from issue of letter of intent before entering into Agreement (1) Copy of Income Tax returns filed mentioning PAN and TAN for the financial year 2023-24 (Assessment year 2024-25) and (2) Latest Copy of G.S.T Clearance Certificate issued as at the end of at least 2 quarters prior to the date of entering into agreement, failing which the EMD amount will be forfeited and the tender will be rejected and the bidder shall be liable for subsequent penal action including black listing.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The amount put to tender is exclusive of GST and the tenderer should quote excluding GST.

During the time of technical evaluation, if the employer finds the any certificates/information furnished is false, such bidders will be disqualified and barred from participation in the bid.

If any bidder fails to satisfy the conditions such bids shall be rejected.

Security deposit FOR KW-2 WORKS Within 20 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit in any of the forms given below for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price plus additional Security (for unbalanced tenders) in accordance.

Income Tax returns filed for 2023-24, shall be furnished and they shall form as a mandatory document in the agreement.

The intending bidders are advised to visit the site of work before submitting their tenders.

The contractor authorized signatory should attach his her scanned signature to the Schedule

If any of the dates mentioned above happened to be a general holiday, the next working day holds good.

Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected. The officer competent to accept the tender shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

A self declaration stating that all the information provided by me is true and correct. Executive Engineer KBJNL,IBC division no.1,Kembhavi (Employer) can reject my tender, can black list and employer can also file a criminal case against me in the court if the employer found information provided by me is false or incorrect. I have gone through all the tender conditions as well as site conditions and accepted without any pre conditions

The Pan Card issued by the Income Tax Department should be produced while executing the agreement, It shall form the mandatory document in the Agreement
