Making arrangement for feeding line to the priming tank with PVC pipe 32 mm Approx. 12 mtrs with accessories such as elbow 32 mm - 6 Nos., Ball valve 32 mm - 1 No., Tank connection and Nipple 32 mm - 1 No., Brass reducer 32X25 mm - 1 No. , Complete with all material, labour. T & P etc.

Making Arrangement for priming of Jockey Pump, Main Electric Fire Pump and Diesel Engine Driven Fire Pump by fixing a PVC Priming Tank of 500 litre capacity and M.S pipe 25 mm approx. 9 mtr. Ball valve 25 mm - 4 Nos. , NRV 25 mm -3 Nos. , elbow, tees, making connection of 25 mm pipe to the delivery line of all three pumps, complete with all material, labour, T & P.

Servicing of the mechanical seal of the diesel engine priming pump by dismantling the pump assembly, inspecting and cleaning all sealing and mating surfaces, reassembling the pump with necessary consumables, carrying out alignment, testing, and commissioning, and rectifying air/water leakage from the priming tank to ensure satisfactory operation of the priming system, complete in all respects.

Servicing repairing of Fire Hydrants by cleaning, oiling, greasing, replacing coupling washer, freeing the lugs of the hydrant, complete with all labour, material T & P.

Servicing repairing of Hose Reels, oiling, greasing, easing the swinging mechanism of the hose reel, checking and arresting any leakages, cleaning of hose reel pipe and S/F of any broken parts, complete with all labour, material T & P.

Servicing repairing of Fire Service Inlet 4 way valve, oiling, greasing of small NRVs, changing of packing and spring of the NRVs, complete with all labour, material T & P.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Cast iron suitable size Foot Valve(Ball/Swing Type as per requirement) complete with all necessary fittings, accessories, nuts, bolts, gaskets, clamps, and connection to the main inlet fire water pipeline (200mm), including all labour, tools and tackles required for satisfactory operation.

Servicing, repairing of Terrace Pump, cleaning, oiling greasing and freeing the jammed shaft of the motor, checking for loose connections of cable and ensuring smooth operation of the pumpset, complete with all material, labour, T & P.

Rewiring of 75 HP motor control panel for proper operation in Auto and Manual modes, including replacement of damaged wiring, termination, testing, commissioning, and ensuring smooth functioning of all control circuits.
