Repair schedule maintenance of dewatering pump sets

A) Repair to 4 Nos. 5HP/0.75 cusec diesel engine driven dewatering Pump sets( no 1, 3, 4 & 9 ) by way of decoupling pump from engine, dismantling the engine parts like head, valves, rocker assemblies, fuel pumps etc. Removing/cleaning of carbon deposits with recommended chemicals. Repairs by way of replacement of ring sets, head gasket, inlet and exhaust valves & guides and grinding them upto optimum finished level as per requirement. Adjustment to rocker and tappet assembly. Job also includes complete repairs and calibration of fuel pump by dismantling and then P/f of injector nozzles, plungers, springs, delivery valve, lock sets etc. then calibrating the pump on calibration bench Draining of existing contaminated M-oil, cleaning the oil sump and then P/Filling of 3.5 ltr M-Oil for each engine. Idle testing the engine. Job further includes repairs to 03 nos 0.75 Cusec Pump units( 1, 3, 4 & 9 ) by way of complete dismantling of pump by extracting the shaft, bearings, and impeller. P/F of bush by way of grinding and finishing upto proper size. Reassembling the pump by P/F of new gasket, nuts bolts, gland packing & greasing the bearing properly. Refitting the repaired pump and coupling it with engine by p/f of new flexible coupling along with nuts & bolts. The job involves providing and fitting of reinforced flexible suction pipe 25 feet long of 3 inch dia and canvas flexible delivery pipe 50 feet long- 3 inch dia,, 3 inch dia foot valves, nipples to 3nos pumping sets each. Complete Job includes cost of material, labour & fitment charges at ware house D/W station Jammu. Inclusive of all taxes. B) Repair to 2 Nos. 5HP/0.6 cusec diesel engine driven dewatering Mud Pump sets(engine no 18 & 19 ) by way of decoupling pump from engine, dismantling the engine parts like head, valves, rocker assemblies, fuel pumps etc. Removing/cleaning of carbon deposits with recommended chemicals. Repairs by way of replacement of ring sets, head gasket, inlet and exhaust valves & guides and grinding them upto optimum finished level as per requirement. Adjustment to rocker and tappet assembly. P/F of bush by way of grinding and finishing upto proper size. Reassembling the pump by P/F of new gasket, nuts bolts, gland packing & greasing the bearing properly. Refitting the repaired pump and coupling it with engine by p/f of new flexible coupling along with nuts & bolts. Complete Job includes cost of material, labour & fitment charges at ware house D/W station Jammu. Inclusive of all taesx. C) Servicing to 2 Nos. 12.5HP/1.2 cusec diesel engine driven dewatering Pump sets Kissan Shakti (engine no 23 and 24 ) by way of decoupling pump from engine, dismantling the engine . P/f of fuel filter, air filter, fuel pipes with banjo bolts. Draining of existing contaminated M-oil, cleaning the oil sump and then P/Filling of 5.0 ltr M-Oil for each engine. Idle testing the engine. Job further includes greasing to 02 nos 1.2 Cusec Pump units( 23 & 24 ) by way of dismantling bearing bracket of pump and then checking and greasing properly . Reassembling the pump bracket P/F of new gasket, nuts and bolts, gland packing & greasing the bearing properly. Complete Job includes cost of material, labour & fitment charges at ware house D/W station Jammu. Inclusive of all taxes.
