Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, and removal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating ( zinc coating 275) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 02 but 0.50mm thick plain pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet.

M&L for false ceiling of 8mm thick gypsum tiles (600x600mm) laminated with PVC film on the face side & metalised polyester film on the back side with all four edges sealed with PVC film (shade either plain white or black) fixed using T grid/Cross-T/Wall angle/level clip & suspenders of standard galvanised sections in a grid size of 600x600mm, complete all as specified and directed. Make: M/s Saint Gobain or equivalent of Armstong/Everest

M&L for Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ( cylindrical vertical with closed top) two layers, Capacity 500 litres, ISI Marked including all accessories, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including dismantling of old tank, removal from site and disposal beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving 75mm thick laid in slope finished even and fair including making joints not more than 2.5 m (or as directed) and at corner, filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ratio 1:2 by weight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, benching, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , fillet, gola, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of rolled mild steel as in trusses, tubular purlins, rafters etc and refixing of purlins, rafters or trusses including necessary cleats etc. including two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of old steel surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end, screwed the other or screwed both ends. Each screwed end to be fitted with two washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm but not exc 10cm long (dia of shank 12mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct : Total amount of SCH 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs. 137650.00 to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
