Provision of High Mast Mounted illuminated National Flag at Lilabari Airport

Supply of 30.5 M Flag Mast suitable for Indian Tri-color flag of size 20 feet x 30 feet. Mast shaft shall be supplied in suitable sections and shall be hot dip galvanised along with dome and suitable for wind velocity as per IS:875 (Design to be submitted as per wind velocity at Lilabari Airport). Flag Mast shall be supplied alongwith Raising & Lowering system of flag consisting of Double Drum winch, 6 mm dia stainless steel wire rope and intergal power tool. Suitable control console shall be provided for operation of Power Tool Motor. 02 Nos. Aviation Obstruction LED light with required length of 5C X 2.5 Sq mm, 1.1 KV grade Cu conductor EPR insulated PCP sheathed cable and Lightning finial alongwith Decorative Dome shall also be provided. PU painting of High mast shaft with a coating of etch primer and PU paint shall be provided.

Supply of 5 M high hot dip galvanished octagonal pole suitable to mount 2 nos. LED flood light fittings with mounting arrangement including bolts, nuts, washers vandal resistant door flush with the exterior surface with locking arrangement and containing 6A DP MCB for each fixture, earthing bolts for continuous earth connection complete as required.

Supply of 240 W LED Flood light with system efficacy of 120 lm/W, IP66, IK08 Protection, PDC housing, clear toughened glass cover, PF>=0.95, THD<=10%, CCT 5700K, Built in Surge Protection of 4kV with 10kV external surge protection for illumination of Flag Mast to be mounted on 5 mtr height pole.

Supply of Indian National Tri-color flag of size 20 feet X 30 feet in 100% knitted Polyester (140gsm) with reinforced super strong nylon webbing on all 3 sides & rope/toggle sleeve.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Double Door, Compartmentalized, Outdoor type IP-55, Stand Mounted Feeder Pillar fabricated out with14 SWG CRCA sheet with 2 Nos. Incomers, Auto Change over system, outgoing MCBs for connection for Aviation Light, Flood Lights, Winch Motor and other requirements including connection with Inverters/UPS for power back up, suitable rating Bus-Bar, Voltmeter, Suitable rating TP Contactors & Analogue timer for the automatic switching of luminaires, power tool control with suitable contactors and raise - lower Push Buttons, LED Indiction lamps, wiring, connection, inter-connection etc., Gasket, Double Door enclosure having hinged lockable door, Earthing stud, Panel lock and mounting brackets complete including necessary PCC and suitable foundation for erecting the Feder Pillar etc as required with prior approval of EIC. The Panel shall have 3 KVA Inverter /UPS suitable to work on 200 V - 230 V, 50Hz input and 230 V, 50Hz output along with SMF batteries to provide min. 30 minutes back up time as required. Inverter/UPS and Battery shall be accommodated in the control panel with proper air ventilation (Agency shall finalise the make and dimensions of Inverter and Battery bank before approving the general arrangement drawing of control panel)

Construction of foundation for 30.5 M Flag Mast with RCC as per recommendations of OEM for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity including Soil Invetigation and submission of Soil Report to AAI, providing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washer, anchor plates and templates etc complete as required. The Foundation design shall be got approved from IIT/NIT/Govt. Engg college and shall be submitted to AAI before start of construction of foundation.

Erection, Testing & Commissioning of the Flag Mast & assembly of operating system with the help of suitable equipments alongwith Flag, providing suitable rope for flag, fixing of Aviation Obstruction Light, necessary wiring etc. complete as required and as directed by EIC.

Construction of foundation for 5 mtr pole with RCC as per recommendations of OEM including providing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washer, anchor plates and templates etc and Erection of pole, fixing of 02 nos. fitting alongwith control gear on pole with suitable bracket, Supply & Laying of 3C X 2.5sqmm Cu conductor XLPE insulated PVC Sheathed unarmoured Power cable for the individual pole from feeder pillar in ground in DWC HDPE pipe and 3 x 2.5 sq. mm PVC insulated PVC sheated cu flexible cable seperately for each luminaires, wiring of luminaire, connection, testing & commissioning etc. complete as required.

Supply of 3.5 x 25 Sq. mm 1.1 KV grade Aluminium Conductor, XLPE insulated & PVS sheathed armoured cable as per IS 7098, Part-I as ammended up to date.

Providing, Laying & Fixing of GI pipe (Medium Class) of following Dia. in Hard surface / Concrete / Road upto 150 mm depth, refilling and making good the same as per the site requirement: 100 mm dia.

Supply of 63 mm dia (OD- 63 mm and ID- 51mm nominal) ISI marked DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers and plug etc. conforming to IS:16205 Part-24 or amended complete as required.

Laying of one number 63 mm dia DWC HDPE pipe complete with fittings, cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground at a depth of 75 cm including excavation and refilling the trench etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of upto 35 sq. mm in the following manner:

In the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/ HDPE pipe

In the existing open masonary duct

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following sizes PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3½ X 25 sq. mm

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
