Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density. With material conforming to Grade-Il (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-25

Providing, laying, spreading, and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification Including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub-base/base course on the well-prepared surface and compacting with a vibratory roller of 8 to 10-tonne capacity to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying tack coat using cold bitumen emulsion including spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen with preparing the existing road surface as per specifications:

On bituminous surface @ 0.25 Kg/sqm-one coat before BM and one coat over BM surface

Providing and laying Bituminous macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed stone aggregate for profile corrective base/binder course including loading of aggregate with FE loader and hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tipper to paver and laying the mixed material with paver finisher fitted with an electronic sensing device to the required level and grade and rolling by road roller, to achieve the desired density and compaction, but excluding the cost of primer /tack coat.

30mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of VG-30 [email protected]% (percentage by weight of total mix)

Providing and laying Dense bituminous concrete on the prepared surface with specified graded crushed stone aggregate for wearing course including loading of aggregate with FE loader and hot mixing of stone aggregate, filler, and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material with paver finisher fitted with an electronic sensing device to the required level and grade and rolling by road roller as per MORTH specifications, to achieve the desired density, but excluding the cost of primer/tack coat.

20mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 4.5%. Sealed using stone dust.

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) on all visible surfaces

DRAINAGE Supply & Installation of precast open saucer drain having 200mm width & 200mm depth. The height of drain should match with level of court.

POLYURETHANE SPORTS FLOORING 9+2MM Supply & Installation of PU Sports Flooring 11 mm thick (9+2) Made in India, America, Netherlands, Australia Only. To Be Installed on top of newly constructed & cured Asphalt sub Base. FENCING Fencing with 2" round MS pipe placed at 10 feet c/c 3.0 M high from GL welded together with 3/4" round hollow horizontal pipe and finished with pvc coated chain link 4mm thick (3mm GI +1mm PVC) - 1.5" x 1.5" square tied up with binding wire incl excavation and foundation for MS pipe upto 450 mm deep embedded in PCC 1:3:6 (300X300X500) all complete. Fencing Poles will be coated by red oxide primer and bus green colour enamel paint as directed by engineer in charge.

LIGHTING FOR BASKETBALL & TENNIS COURTS Supply & Installation of 8 Nos GI Light Poles with light frame and LED flood lights of 150 Watt (Havells, Bajaj, Kalinga, Phillips, Syska Equivalent) 6 on each pole. Double door weather proof distribution board with MS sheet. Each Pole shall have MCB, earthing electrode, full wiring from distribution board to poles and fixtures complete. Light poles shall be total 22 feet high from ground level & grouted in foundation having depth of not less than 3 feet in foundation size of 450X450X950mm.

LIGHTING FOR BADMINTON & VOLLEYBALL COURTSSupply & Installation of 18 Nos GI Light Poles with light frame and LED flood lights of 150 Watt (Havells, Bajaj, Kalinga, Syska Equivalent). 64 Lights on 10 Poles in badminton area.32 Lights on 8 Poles in volleyball area.Double door weather proof distribution board with MS sheet.Each Pole shall have MCB, earthing electrode, full wiring from distribution board to poles and fixtures complete. Light poles shall be total 22 feet high from ground level & grouted in foundation having depth of not less than 3 feet in foundation size of 450X450X950mm.

SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF BASKETBALL UPRIGHTS FIXED TYPE Supply & Installation of Double Channel size 200X75 & 200X150mm Fixed basketball poles made with MS material to be grouted inside earth using M20 grade of concrete. Size 3.2 Mtr Extn as per latest rules having Acrylic Board Thickness - 30 MM (Imported Quality), Size of Board - 1800mm x 1050mm. The board should have Pressure Release Dunking Rims powder coated as per international standard & Quality Net. Basketball Poles proposed by the bidder must be used in reputed institutions like IIT's & NIT's. Brand of Sports accessories should have been used in national level championships during last 3 Years. Basketball Poles to be grouted in foundation of size: 600X600X900 with concrete of grade: 1:2:4.

BADMINTON POLES FIXED TYPE Supply and installation of fixed type badminton poles. Material: Stainless Steel (Weather Proof) Pipe Size: 40mm OD Quality Net Badminton Poles should be of standards as defined by BWF. Badminton Poles to be grouted in foundation of size: 300X300X450 with concrete of grade: 1:2:4.

TENNIS POLES FIXED TYPE Supply & Installation of fixed type of fixed type tennis poles. Material: MS Garware Net Bus Green /Black Colour Poles should be as per ITF guidelines with inbuilt worm gear tightening system for net. Tennis Poles to be grouted in foundation of size: 300X300X450 with concrete of grade: 1:2:4.

HEAVY DUTY VOLLEYBALL POLES FIXED TYPE Material: MS PAINTED Garware Net White Colour IN BUILT HEIGHT ADJSUTMENT & NET WIRE TIGHTENING MECHANISM. Volleyball Poles should be as per FIVB guidelines. Volleyball Poles to be grouted in foundation of size: 300X300X600 with concrete of grade: 1:2:4.

Providing & Laying PCC 75mm Thick below toe wall having mixing ratio of 1:4:8 including cost of shuttering, labour, material all in complete as per direction of engineer incharge.
