Fabrication, supply, and delivery of customized mobile food kiosk/cart of overall size 6 x 4' and height approx 7', completely built as per approved design and drawing for hygienic food/Prasadam distribution. The work includes fabrication of main chassis and superstructure frame using MS square/rectangular hollow sections (40 x 40 x 3 mm and 25 x 25 x 3 mm), outer body cladding with 20 Gauge GI plain sheets, and waterproofing roof with 0.50 mm PPGI profile sheets. It also includes providing an internal working counter topped with 18 Gauge Stainless Steel (SS-304) sheet over marine plywood, heavy-duty mobility system consisting of 2 Nos. main wheels with solid rubber tyres on a Customized MS axle and 2 Nos. front 360-degree swivel castor wheels with brakes. The item further comprises applying one coat of red-oxide primer followed by two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint, providing and fixing outdoor-grade retrorefle ctive vinyl/flex branding signage (including FSSAl and Municipal Corporation logos), along with all necessary hardware, hinges, locks, handles, and drop-down counter window stay, complete in all respects ~ oer the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
