Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for taking out / laying pipes etc. and getting out, in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material, soils, n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of sizes 16 to 40mm dia by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fushion joint etc all complete all as specified and directed.

Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of sizes 50 to 75mm dia by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fushion joint etc all complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair 100 mm bore Cast Iron Sluice Valve, (ISI marked)flanged end, drilled both ends, long body type conforming to IS 14846-2000; Class PN-1.6 with iron wheel head & brass spindle including all jointing materials and mild steel nuts, bolts, washers, rubber/fibre board gaskets etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair 80 mm bore Cast Iron Sluice Valve, (ISI marked)flanged end, drilled both ends, long body type conforming to IS 14846-2000; Class PN-1.6 with iron wheel head & brass spindle including all jointing materials and mild steel nuts, bolts, washers, rubber/fibre board gaskets etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Opening man hole cover of filter plant and taking out care fully all old filter media and PVC strainer from filter shell, removing unserviceable materials to a safer distance n.exc 50 m and cleaning the filter bed thoroughly with clean water to remove all dirt, scale, mud etc including strainer, pipe line complete for 5000 GPH capacity filter plant and replace the unseviceable filter media as required complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- New filter media shall be measured and paid separately under subsequent items.

Opening man hole cover of filter plant and taking out care fully all old filter media and PVC strainer from filter shell, removing unserviceable materials to a safer distance n.exc 50 m and cleaning the filter bed thoroughly with clean water to remove all dirt, scale, mud etc including strainer, pipe line complete for 8000 GPH capacity filter plant and replace the unseviceable filter media as required complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- New filter media shall be measured and paid separately under subsequent items.

Supply and fixing new life Manganese Di-Oxide (Mno2) compound of size 1x1/2 inch filled in layers as specified and directed.

Supply and filling iron removal chemical Anthracite/ carbofilt coal for 8000/5000 GPH capacity filter plant complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing gravels of size 20x12mm filled in layers as specified and directed for 5000/8000 GPH capacity filter plant.

Supply and fixing gravels of size 12x6mm filled in layers as specified and directed for 5000/8000 GPH capacity filter plant.

Supply and fixing gravels of size 6x3mm filled in layers as specified and directed for 5000/8000 GPH capacity filter plant.

Supply and fixing in repair gasket 300mm size complete all as specified and directed

S&F FRP construction, solution preparations cum settling tank, capacity 100 ltrs with level gauge, lid, inlet / outlet connection, drain connection and fitted with speed reducer, motor and SS agitator including replacing the old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, chemical dosing (metering) pump, 6 ltrs / hr @ 10 kg back pressure, electromagnetic type with suction & discharge tubing, spring loaded anti siphon valve, foot valve etc complete all as specified and directed. (MAKE:-RMCO, CHEMINJECT model RC series 13 cap or equivalent of any other make approved by GE from list of makes)

S&F in repair, Cast Iron Alum/ Soda pot (each having 14 Ltr) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, 6 Sqmm, 3 core, 1100 volts grade, flat cables with copper conductor insulated and sheathed with XLPE for submersible pump motors complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning (inside tank only) of PS Over Head Tank of capacity 9600 Gallons, 15 mtr staging height, using following stages cleaning process including arrangement of necessary T&P, labour and Chemicals mechanize etc before starting process of cleaning complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Mechanized Dewatering (b) Sludge Removal (c) High Pressure Cleaning (d) Vaccum cleaning (e) Antibacterial spray (f) UV radiation. (g) Painting two coats of black bituminous paint on internal surface of Over Head water reservoir after cleaning the tank. Note:- (i) The entire work shall be carried out by well experienced personal/firms having experience of similar nature of work. (ii) Entire T&P and all Safty measure during the work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (iii) "Date of cleaning" shall be written over the outer surface at appropriate level to be decided by Engineer-in-charge with synthetic enamel paint of letteres not less than 100mm height and the cost of the same shall be deemed to include in the quoted unit rate of the contractor.

Taking out monoblock type pump (Make-Kirlosker) of 15 HP capicity from its foundation duly disconnecting suction and delivery lines, transporting to autharised civil workshop, dismantalling, opening and sort out diffective spares and parts and cleaning, servicing, greasing and replacememt of deffective spares including painting of pump with two coats of synthetic anamel paint as per existing colour after and including prepration of old painted surface of pump set and transporting back the to site after repair, refixing, mounting the base to its original foundation, testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note:- New spares as required shall be measured and paid separately under items as 'Supply only' here in after.

Supply only casing bearing suitable for centrifugal type monoblock pump of capacity 15HP.

Taking out the existing submersible pump set (Make-KSB) of capacity 10 HP duly disconnecting all electrical and mechanical connections complete with column pipe with the help of chain pully block & tripod etc from the max depth of 360 feet, transporting the same to civil authorised workshop and bring back to site after repair and replacement of defective spares for pump, rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wires of suitable gauge and size as per existing, varnishing the re-winded motor and heating up the same in heat chamber to obtain the insulation resistance not less than 0.6 Ohms, make the same in serviceable condition reassembling the motor and testing on ground including reinstallation and relowering the pump set after completion of repair/ replacement work complete as directed. Note : New spares as required shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" as under:-
