| 1.02(A) CHILLER PACKAGE UNIT:- Micro processor controlled scroll chiller unit complete, factory assembled, factory tested, minimum 60 TR x 3 Nos (one number as standby), minimum 120 TR nominal cooling capacity working on latest eco friendly (with no greenhouse effect) refrigerant (Green gas) comprising of scroll compressors operated with green gas suitable for 415V, 50 Hz, 3 phase, piping controls & accessories, starter & microprocessor control panel, refrigerant, oil charged mounted on common base frame with anti vibration pads complete as per manufacturer's specifications as recommended by OEM: 03 Nos (Two Nos working at a time and one stand by). (i) Efficiency of scroll type chiller package shall comply with latest ECBC norms. (ii) The contractor shall submit catalogue indicating model No of unit offered and test certificate indicating power consumption at 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% load for approval of GE before placing the final order. Power consumption at part load shall also be as per ECBC norms. (iii) The scroll type chillers shall be accepted by GE based on test certificates. RCC foundation as per manufacturers standards shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (B) CONDENSER WATER CIRCULATION SYSTEM: Comprising of the following:- (i) FRP induced draft cooling tower 1 No as recommended by OEM of not less than 125% capacity of the plants (working capacity minimum 120 TR) complete with spray section, honey comb fill, basin, CT fan, TEFC Motor, intake bird screen and other accessories with out cut off arrangements at the time of low ambient conditions (Technical Specifications as per the manufacturer or OEM Recommendations) - 01 Job (ii) Condenser of adequate capacity of above plant as per OEM recommendation (shell & tube type) consisting of copper tubes-03 Nos) | |||||||||
| 1.03Note:- Necessary water supply line and pit masonry for tapping water from the existing pipe line/tank shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. | 1.05(a) Compressors: Semi hermetic scroll compressors with minimum loading capacity 25%, operating Voltage 360 - 440 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase AC supply and working with refrigerant R- 410A / R - 407C / R - 134A. (b) Condenser Section: Shell and tube type condenser internally knurled copper tubes (c) Expansion Valve: Electronic expansion valve should be capable enough to operate on wider temperature range with energy efficient improvement at part load conditions, as per manufacturer's specifications. (d) Evaporator: Flooded type evaporator all as per manufacturer's specifications. (e) Safety Protection: Safety protection on low cooling temperature, low oil pressure, high refrigerant pressure, electric leak, compressor overload, high/low Voltage and single phasing shall be provided. Automatic control of refrigerant condition and compressor ON/OFF status and loading sequence system shall be provided. (f) Refrigerant: HFC - 134A / HFC - 410A / HFC - 407C of zero ozone depletion potential refrigeration circuits of total capacity as per manufacturer's specifications. (g) Control: Micro Processor control with LCD interface capable of monitoring all machine operating parameters like suction / discharge pressure Oil pressure, compressor operating hours, set point, air temperature, entering/ leaving water temperature etc complete and precisely manages the operation of compressors, expansion devices, fans and of the evaporator/ chiller water pump for optimum energy efficiency as per manufacturers specifications. | |||||||||

| 1.07 | (D) AIR TREATMENT SYSTEM : Comprising of the following:-
(i) Double skin construction air handling unit suitable for chilled water system made out of extruded aluminium structural frame /aluminium corners and intermediate connecting pieces and panels of galvanised steel sheet of appropriate thickness as recommended by OEM on both sides with 25mm thick pressure injected PUF of appropriate density using CFC free blowing agent, the panels having scratch free plastisol coating on outer side. The fan section should be mounted on anti vibration spring isolators and free from main structure. The fan should be back ward curved centrifugal fan with air discharge up blast, belt driven with TEFC induction motor of suitable capacity. The coil section consist of 6 row deep coil with min 12 fins/inch duly coated. The filter section consist of prefilter with 5 micron 90% efficiency. The other accessories are view port, limit switch, stainless steel (SS3) drain pan, volume control damper with Energy Efficient Motor (EE Series) of suitable capacity and specified makes, AHU shall be provided with UVC emitters & fixtures in sufficient quantity so as to provide equal distribution of UVC energy on the coil and in the drain pan all as specified or as recommended by OEM.
(ii) Dehumidification achieved by providing heating by hot water coills with necessary copper conductor wiring complete of required capacity.
(iii) Pan type humidifier comprising of stainless steel tank and pan necessary heater, wiring, water piping GI pipe medium grade 15mm bore including float valve and brass stop cock in inlet pipe.
(iv) Humidistats and thermostats are to be provided in AHU room
(v) Three way mixing valve of required size with motorised actuator and modulating thermostat control for AHU. | - | - | - | - |
