Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhole, pier holes, etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all complete all as specified ans as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m & deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete type B-2, (1:2:4) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks(using old size burnt bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks(using old size burnt bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) including demolition of old brick work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken granite stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 , (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection/aprons/path laid to slope of 1:12, finished fair and even without using extra cement with and including all necessary formwork to divide that area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where directed and providing 10 mm wide joints throughout thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three part of fine sand by weight) complete all as specified and directed.
