M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade, 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, laid in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 25 mm thick PCC sub base in cement mortar(1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) and screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3.0 kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Dora stone tiles 300mm X 300mm X 10mm thick, set jointed and pointing in neat cement slurry in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 25 mm thick PCC sub base in cement mortar(1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) and screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3.0 kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing over and including 25 mm thick PCC sub base in cement mortar(1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) and screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3.0 kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour including rubbing and polishing over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
