Dismantling floors, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L Virified Ceramic tiles as light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular)polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface.

M & L Non-skid coloured ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface.

All as per Item No: 02 but in vertical surfaces as Skirting/dado

M & L Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge..

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with CM 1:4 as in backing coat of skirting /dado all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc., including ceilings including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.,all as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling in repair all as specified and directed finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed work in patches.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall , finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed work in patches.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall , finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed work in patches.

Material and labour for preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade over priming coat of exterior primer all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion distemper over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of the old surfaces of ceiling and applying one coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

S&F Bib taps, brass chromium plated fancy type with wall flange screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed for 15mm bore. Make : Prryware. Model No :G18051A1or equivalent in approved brands including taking down of existing one complete all as per specified.

S&F two way Bib taps, brass chromium plated fancy type with wall flange screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed for 15mm bore. Make : Parryware. Model No :G1867A1or equivalent in approved brands including taking down of existing one complete all as per specified.

S&F in repair health faucet with hand held and spring operated control valve with PVC flexible pipe connection of suitable length as directed fixed to 15 mm bore pipe. Make : Parryware. Model No :E8352A1or equivalent in other approved brands.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern), white including seat cover etc complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Parryware cat No C0297(S trap) or C0298(P trap) with seat cover cat No E8377 or equivalent in other approved brands.

S & F in repairs PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern of 10 Ltrs capacity , low level , white, with inlet , ball valve, float and handle including brackets and flush pipe etc complete all as specified and as direted by Engineer-in-Charge.Make : Parryware model No E8057 (cistern) and E8334 (Long bend) or equivalent in other approved brands.

S& F in repair Vitreous China wash basin, white, flat back, excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including brackets including 32mmPTMT waste coupling complete all as specifed and directed. Make : Parryware model No C894G (basin) and T9884A1 (waste copling)or equivalent in other approved brands.

S & F in repair PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm

S&F in repairs chromium plated angle valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handles screwed both ends for iron pipes or for unions and fixed. 15 mm size. Make : Parryware model No T9705A1 (or) equivalent in other approved brands.

S&F in repairs Pillar taps fancy type cast copper alloy, with capstain head, chromium plated screwed down high pressure, with long shanks and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe and fixed 15 mm bore. Make : Parryware model NoG3314A1 (or) equivalent in other approved brands.
