Lobour charge for dismantlling/ dismembering of fallen (on roof) about 25.00mtr out of 40.00 Meter (GBT) high steel tower materials approx 10.00 MT including cable tray ,gusset plate,bolts and nuts, cutting rivets and welding, accessories and stacking properly within 50.00 mtr lead in countable position at site including all operation complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. (The agency has to produce insurance certificate during workiing periods failling which an amount of Rs.2000/- Two thousand only shall be deducted from bill.

Hiring and running charges of loader (Hydra Machine/Crane) for safe removal of dismantled tower materials from the parapet, roof slab, and walls without causing any further damage to the property or risk to human life. The item includes all operational expenses such as diesel, operator, and helper charges. The operator and helpers shall remain available at site along with the tower dismantling team. One day shall mean eight working hours.

Hiring and running charges of Gas Cutter Machine for cutting dismantled/tilted tower members to facilitate safe removal of existing dismantled tower materials by Hydra/Crane machine. The item includes all operational expenses such as gas, plant and machinery at site, accessories, operator, and helper charges. The operator and helpers shall remain available at site along with the tower dismantling team. One day shall mean eight working hours.
